Absolutely love everything about this studio! The staff is super personable and welcoming. The atmosphere of the gym is upbeat and vibrant. & the workouts are short but mighty! Combining HITT workouts with the isometrics has been a game changer. The infrared technology aids in a more powerful session & leaves your body feeling refreshed after. 10/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely love this gym!! The staff are always so welcoming and encouraging!! I love that I can get a good workout in, in only 15 minutes!! I highly recommend trying this out!!

I've been a member here for just over 2 years. Staff is always super friendly, gym is clean, and I've really loved all the different types of workouts you can do in the saunas. Excellent gym, would highly recommend!

I had the best customer service experience in my life here yesterday! We had some problems with billing and the store manager Katie seriously went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out and really took care of me and made me feel like a very valued customer which made me feel good as I have been a member there going on 2 years and I spend a lot of time there so it was awesome how the issue was resolved. 10/10 recommend STILL 🤍

From the moment I messaged Katie to signing up with Zee my experience with HotWorx has been amazing. The women who work there are so sweet, and the workouts are seriously everything I have been looking for in a gym. 1. Sauna (duh) 2. Classes 3. Truly no judgement.
I almost want to keep this place a secret, but I know other people are searching for a gym home and I am so happy I found mine!
