Every piece of equipment, dumbbell, attachments you could ever want. The community is nice and respectful, and the place is SO clean. Tanning beds and sauna is icing on the cake.
*Update* been here almost 2 years now. STILL clean everyday and with even more friendly, and courteous members.

Decent gym. They have all the equipment you need, but ALOT of it is old. Treadmills can be noisy. Membership is around $30 a month. In the world of Planet Fitness $10-$15 a month rates, they need to step it up for what they charge.
Also, CAN WE GET A NICE SIGN PUT UP ON THE BUILDING??? If you don't know it's a gym, you'd have no clue!

Lost 10lbs since starting the gym 4 weeks ago.
It's a very comfortable, friendly and fun environment! Classes available are also challenging but instructors make it feel fun and exhilaration! I go home feeling stronger and i am getting my energy back!
