I have been going here about a week now and so far they have amazing customer service, when I was signing up, they were very welcoming, and said I could get a tour anytime I wanted, and gave me a free shirt. And today I was trying to find out what I was supposed to do, they welcomed me and show me what he recommended me to do and show me everything about the machine and show me proper form how to do them on everything, and td I forgot my water bottle and I asked if they would have a like a plastic water bottle and they gave me one of there own bottle for free! Easy 5 stars, and great customer service!!
