I’ve been training with Justin for a couple of months now and have enjoyed it a lot. Justin is great to work with and cares about making a plan tailored to my personal circumstances. He also helps me work on other aspects of my fitness other than fitness such as giving me tips on the importance of diet in my health plan. Starting working out was a little intimidating, but he guided me doing new workouts I did not know and helped to implement them into my own workouts. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Not only has Justin been an Awesome Trainer, but also a good friend. He will train you with quality over quantity. If you do not know how you do not know how to perform an exercise, he will train you not only on how to do the movement but how to mentally think and feel while performing it, so you know you’re getting the best progress possible with each rep. He will also work with you on finding exercises that YOU enjoy. If you're not enjoying what you’re doing, he will work with you on finding new exercises that are just as effective. Be prepared to get a good workout when training with him as he pushes you to your 100% potential in terms of volume. I've gotten much stronger mentally and physically when training with Justin. Hope this helps with your decision if you’re debating on whether to get yourself a personal trainer.

Justin is very encouraging and meets you where you’re at. He is good at creating a workout plan that is targeted towards your personal goal. He offers plenty of challenges while making it fun and does it all with a supportive smile with no judgment. He truly is invested in you as a client and seeing you meet your goals!

Justin has been my personal trainer for a year. I started training with Justin after finishing physical therapy. He listened to the goals I was hoping to accomplish and understood the physical challenges that I had faced.
This was my first time training in a gym, so I was nervous and unsure what to expect. Justin is professional, patient and easy to train with.

I’m 50+ I am stronger, more flexible & have more energy now. (I am able to squat, deadlift more than my body weight.) He has help me to reach a level of fitness that I could not have reached without his training and motivation.
