I was visiting family in JC and dropped in for a few classes. Great coaches and well equipped, clean gym! Andrea and Travis are awesome coaches and gave me good cues that really helped. See you next visit!

I dropped into this box for a couple of days while I was on town for a class and they made me feel like a part of the family. They cheered me on like I was one of their own. It was great! The coaches were knowledgeable, walked me through everything, and made sure I knew what I was doing. I would recommend this gym to anyone wanting to drop in or for anyone looking for a gym home! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
