My husband and I showed up for our first class this evening and had an absolutely great session! Nancy has a great voice for a calm flow.
I work from home and sit a lot so the stretching felt great in my hips and in my back. Definitely looking forward to doing more classes and trying out their aerial class!

Something about the way the instructors describe getting into and out of movements really enhances the experience of each pose. Each class I have taken here has resulted in notable emotional release which I cannot say about any other yoga studio (and I have been to many). Really loved the aerial hammock yoga with Rose, it was chill and relaxing and Rose had using the hammock in ways to give ourselves massages and spinal decompression at the same time; it was delicious🤤.

I love this place, the instructors and owner are welcoming, friendly and most importantly, skilled teachers.
They have a wide variety of Yoga classes 7 days a week, mornings to evenings.
A far shot from your average gym Yoga class, expect much more depth and quality instruction.

Truly a yoga community that is welcoming to all ages, abilities, genders, races, you name it. This is a studio that is not intimidating and a perfect place to learn what yoga is or to get advanced instruction if you are farther along in your practice. I highly recommend taking a class here and staying for a cup of tea afterward!

Warm & welcoming to all, regardless of your yoga experience (or newness to it). Impressive variety of classes, from yin yoga to aerial to vinyasa. And, it’s (one of ?) the only in this part of KCMO to have classes on Sundays.
