I love the programming and that there are different activities each class, but the same skills are still incorporated for carryover. Coach Duncan is amazing and his energy is great for my son. I love the social and cognitive pieces that are included as well. It has been great for my son’s energy levels and helping keep him regulated. He looks forward to going each week!

I'm not a fan of the new app for bookings, but the classes and the coaches are great! The value of KidStrong exceeds any small fee or app shortfall.
My 5 year old is always so excited to go and is amazed that the coaches remember his name. His confidence has seen a huge improvement and his teamwork/sharing as well.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The classes are a joke and you are paying them for nothing , won’t cancel unless you pay hundreds of dollars and extremely rude on the phone. Not a good way to do business at all

My grandson and I went for our visit today and we both fell in love with the Kidstrong Family. Micah taught social, physical, and mental activties to about six 2 and 3 year olds, not an easy feat by far! I was a teacher for 38 years and believe me when I say someone was exceptional with kids, they are excellent! Micah was above and beyond patient and active and caring with the little ones.. I was beyond impressed! I signed my grandson up for six months. I do believe he will gain many strength, confidence, and social skills he needs to begin his journey to an enviable life! Thank you Kidstrong for this amazing program and the , "I will because I can" attitude!

It has been well over a year since my kids started this program and I have to say that a lot has changed in that time frame. My kids are more confident in themselves and the choices they make. They try things that a year ago they wouldn't have, such as climbing ropes and jumping over large gaps. They communicate more effectively with their classmates (both at Kidstrong and at school) and make sure the new kids feel welcomed. They are working with their classmates more and making teamwork happen. They're excited to go to KidStrong and participate in the activities and see who's coaching that day (they love all the KidStrong coaches). The program works and works well when you are also involved with your child. I enjoy cheering on my kids as they tackle the challenges. It's amazing to see the smile on their faces when they do something they initially would have struggled with. They know they can do this and come out strong. KidStrong and the coaches have helped my kids become better, more well rounded versions of themselves and its reflecting in all areas of their lives.

My son gets to have time around other kids, gives him Exercise in a fun way with a group. The motto affirmation I really love: I AM STRONG, I AM BRAVE, and I CAN DO THIS!!!
Also the couches have the kids working on learning, physical, patience, and team exercise which I feel has been helpful.
We are greatful we tried free class before becoming members.

It has helped our daughter build life skills that she would not have had or we would have thought to work with her on. It’s booster her confidence and helped her become more social and outgoing. We love the coaches as well. I’m pretty sure Coach Duncan is one of her favorite people on the planet. She also loves Coach Micah. We appreciate it all and she looks forward to class every week!

This class has made such a huge difference in my child’s confidence in her physical abilities as well as getting over emotional hurdles. She went from being scared of jumping off one step and unable to do a 2 foot jump, to jumping off the couch and saying “I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!” Before jumping into the pool! She talks about class all week and it is the highlight of the week for her.

I enrolled my kid in Kidstrong’s Walking-2 Years class and saw an improvement in his social skills. He learned a lot of activities from the class that he would repeat at home as well while playing. It is an interactive program and the coaches ensure to keep kids engaged throughout the class. I would definitely recommend Kidstrong to parents.

We love kidstrong. We have truly formed bonds with the coaches and my kid adores them. And we have really been able to see the difference of his confidence when we are out exploring or even at the playground. We absolutely loved it! It smelled super clean when we walked in, and there were plenty of staff around—each one took the time to say hi and introduce themselves to my kid, which was so sweet. The vibe was fun and welcoming! My 3-year-old had the best time, and I could tell she felt safe and comfortable right away. So happy we found this place- we can’t wait to come back each week!

Our son started just shy of 2 years old and he’s now 3.5 and it’s been such a good experience for him! He’s gained confidence and awesome gross motor skills, and he has learned how to focus on the course or objective better and work with teammates. It’s also helped with his ability to listen to instructions and the coaches have been fantastic at getting the kids to try to stick to the exercise course! He wouldn’t even introduce himself to the coaches when we started and now he regularly volunteers to be class captain and lead the affirmations for the group. It’s a great avenue for his weekend energy too! We did his third birthday party at KidStrong and it was a huge hit with kids of various ages too. Can’t wait til we can enroll our daughter when she’s old enough!

The coaches at KidStrong showed incredible patient and understanding of our situation and have helped our son to not only improve his physical skills but gave him confidence to perform activities that we thought could be difficult for him. We are so grateful for this program. Our son loves it as so are we. Just to see how excited he gets every time he goes to KidStrong and how regarding is to see him improve every time. We love it. Imagine having an activity with your child that you have been attending for more than a year at the same place that sells you as a parent and as a child a level-up program with a change of t-shirt that you are automatically charged for and that the staff has no idea of your child's progress and wants to lower him/her a level that you have to explain if level that you have to wait and that explaining to your child for four weeks that his/her only distinction is a 20 dollar t-shirt that has not arrived for a month, I don't know if it's due to incompetence or malpractice.

KidStrong Blue Springs has made a GREAT impact on my child's life. He is not only stronger, but more confident in himself. The coaches are phenomenal! We love that it is constantly changing and never dull or boring for the kids. KidStrong is not only good for physical, but it also teaches social interaction and teamwork!

LOVE sending my boys here! They think they are playing but they are actually learning how to be amazing, gritty humans.

Each class is structured to teach age appropriate skills including problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership, and physical strength and agility.

We have been members for a year now and our experience since day one has been very positive. I would recommend KidStrong to any family wanting to help your children win at life.

The coaches and staff have all been outstanding, professional, and extremely helpful. My boys think Coach Kyle Duncan lives there (maybe he does?). Our community and children are SO fortunate to have this business in town!

Kidstrong is a great program, especially for young kids. There are not many programs/activities for young children in the area. This program offers them a space (as young as 2yrs old) to play and start learning guided activities that focus on developmentally appropriate physical movement and play. It instills confidence and motivation. The program grows with them. Essentially this is a gym class for kids; and just like other gym memberships, a kidstrong membership costs money. It is what it is (I add this because there seem to be people complaining about being charged money for a service, take that for what you will). At the end of the day, I have a place to take my son once a week, knowing he's being active and socializing. He's happy, he loves it and for me that is what matters! Go kidstrong!

I am canceling my membership. As so many others have said, they don't call back. The coaches are amazing and I love what they do for the kids. But there is no way to contact anyone if you have an issue or an inquiry. They have a phone number, but you always get voice-mail unless you select the option for signing up for a new membership. Then you get someone from what sounds like a foreign call center. And if you leave a message they do not call back. Ever. It seems they expect the coaches to handle issues which an office staff should be taking care of. This takes coaches' focus and attention away from the kids. Really terrible.

My husband and I were hesitant at first to sign our daughter up for classes, she is already in a gymnastics based class so we didn’t think it would be very beneficial. A few months passed by and we were recommended by a couple a friends who had signed their own children up, so we decided to give it a shot and try the trial class out. My daughter is shy and not the biggest fan of social interactions, so it took her a second to warm up to the coaches. My husband and I fell in love with the program and decided to sign her up the same day as the trial. We had a few issues with billing, however it was immediately resolved. We’ve been enrolled for a few months now, and I have seen such amazing progress in my daughter. Her confidence has shot up tremendously and it has been so great watching her grow and become more successful in making friends.

BEWARE - consider carefully if this program is for your child. While it is structured, there are too many kids per coach to get individualized attention. If your kid is great at following directions, this may be great for them. If they are little, like mine, they end up just running around aimlessly for an hour.
Second, and this is even more important, their cancellation policy is a joke. We signed up during presale, 5 months before it opened. When it opened our schedule had changed (because 5 months had passed and things change) and they offer a VERY limited schedule, one where we could not find another class that would fit our schedule. Regardless of their insufficient schedule options, they require a 30 day notice so we have to pay an additional month of membership we will not use for a total of SIX WEEKS totaling $150. Terrible way to treat people.
This place seems more like another money scam. Buyer beware!

I will give 2 stars because they did say they’d return the payment of $99. I paid for the $50 starter kit which I declined at first then I was called again and I did give in. I was reluctant because I didn’t know if my daughter would like this and that we could dedicate our time to. Anywho I paid $50 and I was told of an orientation however we did not go and I did not sign up for any class. I did not know they saved my card then I was charged $99. Without ever committing to a membership. I called and asked why I was charged $99 because I didn’t sign up for a class or membership I did the kit which I have never received, and I was like okay I lost $50 my bad I knew better. The woman said I had signed up for a class I said that I did not sign up for a class that I was told about orientation but we never went. I was interrupted many times, trying to explain that I had not signed up for any class. She said they had my card on file. I said I didn’t authorize for you to have my card on file or to charge it more than we agreed to what was being charged she then was very angry when I said that she continues to interrupt me, she then yelled at me. The woman on the phone did not take my child’s name or know any information as to who to return the payment to. She then said, I don’t think this will be a good fit and hung up. That is fine I agree this will not be a good fit. So I called back they took my daughters name and said they will return the $99. She said it will be in my account in 3-5 business days I will return to inform everyone if they stayed true to their word.

Update I was returned the $99. Thank you.
