Met this guy 8 years ago he was die hard then and heβs die hard now. Kri absolutely loves what he does and those that he trains. Itβs definitely not about the money he really cares about seeing the results sometimes more than the person heβs training. I know I was one of those who at the beginning of a 5 week challenge procrastinated but Kri he wasnβt having it he would call me on my ish real quick. I love him for that. He seen the results before I did at a price that your pockets can surely afford. Two for ones is often at Urban Hitt FITT you should quick give Kri a try I guarantee you want regret it.

Kri Chay is the Man! I can honestly say that my life jas been changes by this place! I lost 43 pounds in a year, put on muscle, and am working towards my body goals! Kri knows what he is talking about, will hold you accountable, doesn't give any sugar coating on his advice, he is blunt but you know he cares! He knows his stuff and will work you till you drop! Best place I've gone to workout. If you're looking for a place to break the everyday monotony of your typical gym routine, this is it. The workout routines are always changing and challenging. The training staff is top notch providing excellent instruction. I've also found there to be a real "family like" camaraderie between Kri, the other trainers, and the folks who work out there.
There is also the added bonus of Kri Chay motivating you via text messages and Facebook postings. These give you a little extra oomph to workout even when you don't feel like it. In short, I can't recommend Kri Chay's Urban HIIT FITT Fitness Training Center highly enough.

The results I've seen with a friend who attends just a few days a week and two family members is amazing. If I had more time and didn't have a three year old every day I would totally go. I have never been to this place but hear nothing but good things from the people who do. He offers a Free trial which I think speaks for it's self. Like I said the huge results I've seen in several people ages 24-close to 60 is a five+ star rating from me. He is very reasonable in price when you hear about the facility, plus all the time and efforts he puts in.
Will defiantly be checking this place out when I no longer have to run or workout with a three year old at home! I'd recommended it to anyone I know just from what I've seen and heard first hand.

Once you see the results, it becomes an addiction. At Kri's you will see results! I'm definitely addicted to Hiit Fitt! I liked working out before, but this, this is different. It's different, fast paced, high intensity, and never boring! I started going to Kri's on Saturdays for about a month. From there I decided to try my first 6 week session this last February and I was hooked! Been going ever since. Kri is awesome. He will challenge you and wants to see you succeed. He really cares about his clients and I think that's a phenomenal quality to have as a trainer.
