I joined this gym due to over population and videos being made holding up others workouts. I contacted and spoke to the owners who advised they would give me a veteran discount and allow month to month. I was excited and joined the gym.

A few months later my work took me to Springfield Mo, 180 miles away and 2 hour drive. I called to inform them I would need to cancel my membership as I am moving so far away. I was informed I wasn't month to month and that I would need to continue to pay. While I do believe if it was just me not wanting to workout there I should still have to pay, but me being now working almost 200 miles away to provide for my household is out of my control. Seems like the owners lack integrity for telling me I was month to month and actually being in a 12 month contract.

Edit: The day I came in for a tour, I spoke with you. You advised the discount was a 12 month or month to month. This is why I signed up in the first place, had I known it was a contract I would have chosen another gym. I’m glad to hear you take integrity seriously, however, when you say the discount is for month to month and don’t honor that, then integrity is just a word. Good luck with your gym, I wish you continued success.

Lift KC is by far the best gym I have gone to. For multiple reasons but primarily because of the community that Paige and Charlie have built. The gym is always clean and the machines are great!

Paige’s guidance has been life-changing. She’s helped me manage PCOS, a worsening back injury, and find a supportive community. Thanks to her meal plans and workouts, I’ve lost 14 pounds and 4.5 inches on my waist. I have more energy, less fatigue, and I’m eating more than before. I’m grateful for Paige, Lift KC and its community.

I’ve always wanted to go to the gym but have never done it because I always feel like I don’t look like I belong and having an invisible physical disability always made it hard for me to ever commit. However, since signing up and actually going has made it a lot easier to go to the gym and I look forward to it now. By far the best gym I have ever been to. From the atmosphere, welcoming staff, supportive and encouragement community this truly feels like home. I’ve been a member Lift KC for a little over a month now. I can say with confidence that this is the best gym I’ve been a member of. If you’re someone looking to lift weights/cardio/stretch/etc. then this is your place. Lift doesn’t have the amenities that some of the larger gyms have (pool, daycare, etc.). The couple that owns and operates Lift take tremendous care of the facility and will ensure that you are taken care of, as well as offer professional fitness services.

Best environment for the serious lifter as well as the beginners!
Enough can not be said about Paige & Charlie they both have completely changed my at look on life as well as my health!
Everything from the music , lighting and energy as soon as you walk in !
They may be SMALL now but will be MIGHTY SOON ENOUGH .

Best Gym in Liberty for sure. The lighting is awesome. The equipment is some of the nicest I’ve ever seen. They have a bunch of really cool leg machines that you don’t find anywhere else and the people there are incredible nice.

I’ve noticed the renovation of the old Axe Throwing place for a while and was curious what was going to be going in replace of it. I dropped by one day and ran into Charlie and Paige the owners. They were extremely friendly and showed me around the place. It is going to be a location that will be perfect for the Liberty community. A family owned and operated business that truly cares about its new LIFT KC community is exciting! I cannot wait until it’s finally open!
