You will love the personal, fun & friendly atmosphere!
My husband and I started Lion Storm CrossFit June 2017 and we love it! Knowing nothing about cross fit was no big deal after quickly learning all the motions during our 3 times a week class. Now-a-days, our busy, beginning of the year life style has made coming to class difficult. Doc has accommodated us as much as possible, which has encouraged us to make time for exercising!

The main focus at this gym is making sure you build your fundamentals. Even in a class of 15+, it feels almost like a personal training session.
