My friend and I decided that most yoga classes are like Walmart. We also agree that in comparison, Love and Light Reminders is the Nieman Marcus of yoga studios. Each class is unique. Laura is an excellent teacher with an exceptionally warm and inviting location.

This is my favorite space in the world. I have taken several classes at Live and light reminders. Including, Reiki, and Eft. Laura is such a ray of sunshine, and is so knowledgeable in everything she teaches. I live two hours away, and it is worth the drive every single time ❤
