Mandala Yoga & Wellness is a simple, warm space to move, breathe, and be yourself. Our mission is to create a safe space for sharing true authenticity and exploring the practice of yoga in a supportive community.
Hatha Yoga at Mandala is clear, grounded, and adaptable. Classes are intentionally sequenced to balance strength and ease, effort and rest.

Susan’s class is welcoming as well as inspiring.

I’ve attended several classes now, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. The space is always clean, calming, and beautifully designed — the perfect environment to unwind and focus on your practice.
You can tell the passion Susan has for creating a safe and welcoming environment to build community. Susan is also great at providing modifications and tailoring practice so that everyone can participate. I also love the variety in classes and evening class times that works perfect around my work schedule.

I was in town visiting a friend and she took me to Susan’s Gentle Yoga class. I absolutely LOVED it. So relaxing. Susan is super supportive. She noticed I was struggling with a pose and came to offer assistance without being over-bearing. I wish I could attend more classes. Highly recommend!

One of the things that sets Susan apart as an instructor is the way she explains each movement in such clear, thoughtful detail. You never feel like you’re straining to watch the instructor, you can simply follow her incredible descriptions and stay fully present in your practice. It makes the classes accessible, comfortable, and so enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and mindful yoga experience!

The class was wonderful from start to finish. The instructor created a welcoming and calming environment, explained everything clearly, I left feeling relaxed, energized, and more connected to my body. I went to a beginners class tonight and it's been ages since I've been in a yoga studio. I'm so glad I came! Susan's style of yoga teaching is different than from other classes I've been to, and I love it. It feels more personal and introspective, letting my body guide me, rather than me trying to copy someone else's style and ability. This is a great studio as well, very relaxing and the windows with light streaming in is very pretty. Give it a go!

I know Susan from another studio. What I expected was a great class from her and that's what I received. She has wonderful knowledge of the yoga practice. She easily adapts that knowledge to the needs of those participating in the class. The location of the studio couldn't be more perfect for me. A person could bike there by using the Centennial Trail. Establishing a practice at Mandala Yoga & Wellness will be easy. Expecting more great experiences in the near future.

I was able to take a Saturday evening yoga class at Mandala and it was wonderful. Even though it had been years since my last yoga class I was expertly guided through the practice by Susan, the instructor, and did not feel out of step or out of place. I left class feeling great.
The space itself is open, sunny, and relaxing.
I will definitely be back for more classes, and absolutely recommend Mandala to all looking to incorporate yoga into their lives.

I had the pleasure of trying this yoga studio last night, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The space itself has such a welcoming and warm energy, with natural light streaming in through the windows that stretch floor to ceiling across the room—truly magical. Susan, the instructor, was so genuine and thoughtful in her approach. Her guidance left me feeling calm, centered, and at peace. Love this new studio! The space is super welcoming and relaxing, and the instructor is so kind and encouraging. I always feel comfortable no matter my level, and the classes leave me feeling calm, stretched, and energized. Definitely my new favorite place to unwind and take care of myself!
