MET-Fitness is Mid-Missouri's premier provider of evidence-based exercise and nutrition. Our services are research driven, providing you with the most effective and up to date training practices. We take a comprehensive approach to fitness and performance, focusing on physical, behavioral, and nutritional improvements.

Monday: MET-Fit 6am & 9am
Tuesday: MET-Fit 5:30am, MET-Fit PRIME 11:30am, MET-Fit 5:30pm
Wednesday: MET-Fit 6am & 9am
Thursday: MET-Fit 5:30am, MET-Fit PRIME 11:30am, MET-Fit 5:30pm
Friday: MET-Fit 6am
Saturday: TRX + Kettlebells 8:30am

Mason is great! I have disc and spine issues, and he helps me maintain and keep building core strength. I am in a lot less pain due to mobility exercises and confident in the process with him.

Mason and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about ALL things related to fitness! I have been consistently attending training sessions for 7 months and small group classes for 2 months and have noticed a significant improvement in my strength. I started attending a strength training class 3 times a week at MET Fitness over a year ago. I highly recommend MET Fitness to anyone who has a history of unused gym memberships and the frustration of trying and failing to establish or maintain a fitness schedule. Large gyms can be overwhelming and impersonal, and it can be confusing to know where to start. The staff at MET tailored an individual fitness plan, including diet and exercise, to put me on a sustainable path towards my fitness goals. They will motivate you to get in a routine that works for you, and check on you to make sure you stick with it.

MET Fitness is a great gym!! I realized quickly how these structured classes really have helped my overall functional fitness. Each class offers a variety of exercises to give a great overall workout. I love the intentionally of each exercise and how it adds to the series of exercises to improve your strength, power, conditioning and overall health. I also love there is science behind each workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are quick to modify exercises to individualize it to you. Great Gym and Great Coaches!!!

If you want more than a workout- this is the place for you. The programming for classes here is intentional and focused on strength building-you don't often find this kind of specificity in a group fitness setting. The instruction of Mason and his staff is the best in Columbia. I love that class sizes are kept small so I get individualized attention.

I have so many great things to say about MET Fitness! I attended group fitness classes when I lived in COMO and had a great experience with all of the coaches and other members!
