Best gym ever! Great class options, clean environment, and the busy hours aren't even that busy. The bathrooms are well stocked with supplies you can use for free along with free daily use lockers. The price is a little high, but for a couple plan it was well worth it. The staff have always been nice to me - they greet me at the door and say goodbye when I leave.

I have been a member at Millennium Family Fitness for over 2 years and have to complement the staff as this is a very clean facility! The indoor/outdoor courts are well maintained. Weight rooms and locker rooms are very clean and organized. Saunas are available in the locker rooms along with private showers. Membership fees are higher than most gyms, but you are not waiting for gym equipment as the facility is rarely busy.

Indicated at sign up that children under 2 would be welcome at childcare, two weeks into membership management approached saying law states no children under 3. Didn’t like being lied to twice as I know the that there is no such law because I’m a practicing attorney.

Loved this place. Always clean and most of the staff we're super helpful. My issue is billing. The employee in charge of memberships never called me back when I requested to cancel my month to month membership. So I was billed that month and another month because they require 30 day written cancelation.

Nice family gym. It doesn’t have everything that other places have, but it has enough to get a workout in. The pool is the best part. I wish the gym stayed open later on Fri, Sat and Sunday. Unfortunately, I had to get a membership at a 24 hour gym as well for when I can’t make it before they close, which is very early on weekends. It is pricey, but they get a better clientele this way.

I paid for my second month in advance here at millennium family fitness and I ended up having a bill that needed to be paid and they ended just kicking me out. They were very rude and disrespectful, I didn’t even get my money back as I don’t have a mailbox for the check to be received. I still have 3 days left of month ones membership and they didn’t even let me finish the month. This is the worst gym I’ve been to. Don’t come here. I will never bring my family here.

My husband and I joined this gym during our short time in Joplin, and wished we signed up sooner! We loved the wide selection of equipment as well as the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. The facility is beautiful and well kept. Great place to workout if you don't prefer a "meathead" type gym. We miss you Millennium! Our only minor complaint would be the music selection. They have a tendency to play the same songs over and over. You'll be sick of Megan Trainor and Nicki Minaj after spending a bit of time here!
