As a fitness professional, my passion is to help others achieve their fitness-related goals. I am determined to teach my clients how to train and nourish their bodies to get the results they deserve. With a little Tough Love, I help clients look but more importantly feel their absolute best. My primary areas of expertise include body transformations, sports performance, high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength & conditioning, and general fitness.

MT fitness is 10/10. The team and atmosphere are really encouraging, accompanied by top of the line equipment. Working out can be personal and embarrassing if you’re new and the trainers at MT fitness will make you feel so welcome and empowered to be your best. Maggie has really done something spectacular here and everyone should experience it.

MT Fitness is the best gym in the St. Louis region. Maggie and her team of trainers are highly knowledgeable, caring, fun to be around, and push you to your best every class. The equipment is a great mix of machines, stationary equipment, free weights, etc. I absolutely love going here, and would recommend anyone to try a class regardless of their fitness level.

MT Fitness is overall the best gym in STL. They have the highest quality equipment out of any gym of its kind in the area, great facility & setup along with phenomenal people. The trainers are AWESOME and push you to the next level whether you are doing personal training or classes. Will go to this gym for the rest of my life!!!

Since starting with MT Fitness 5 months ago I have noticed a total body transformation and am so pleased with how strong and fit I’ve become! This is all with having a great time in class with a beautiful brand new gym with amazing equipment. Every class is different and Maggie is such a motivator and she and the rest of the class will definitely make you feel welcome! I have never tried crack before but I imagine it is as addictive as Maggie’s work-outs!!!

I started training at MT Fitness as soon as it opened and have loved every minute of it! It is an incredible experience that makes you look forward to going to the gym and one that consistently pushes you to get better. Maggie caters to the needs of every person: she can do one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions, and boot camp group classes. I can't recommend this gym more highly.

Highly recommend MT Fitness! Before this year, I would never consistently workout. I always got bored after a couple of times and would quit. MT Fitness has had such a positive impact on my life. The classes are fun and challenging at the same time. I don’t dread going and actually enjoy my time while I’m there! I was even more hooked once I started seeing results.

Whether you are looking for personal training or small group classes, Maggie and her workouts challenge you and push you to be stronger with every exercise. Awesome bootcamp class! We did Maggie's bootcamp this past Saturday in Tilles Park and it was excellent. A good blend of cardio and strength training - had something for everyone. And it kicked my butt! Maggie provides plenty of instruction and keeps it fun. Great way to start a Saturday morning.
