Namaste Yoga is an absolutely beautiful space—peaceful, inviting, and full of good energy. The teachers and students alike are warm and welcoming. The classes are intelligently sequenced and thoughtfully led. I love the variety offered, from more challenging flows to deeply nourishing practices like Yin and restorative yoga (one of my favorites!). I leave every class feeling better—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I have been a member of Namaste since the summer of 2020. This studio has changed my life in more ways than I could have imagined. I am currently in their YTT program - I highly recommend their YTT program to anyone who is considering getting their yoga teacher certification. The namaste community is warm, welcoming, authentic and empowering. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing yoga studio in Kirkwood with incredible instructors and my favorite part, the lemongrass cool towel after you finish a hot class. Best in St. Louis!

I recently returned to my yoga practice to Namaste after a long break from yoga, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The studio is impeccably clean, creating a serene atmosphere. My instructor was not only skilled but deeply committed to ensuring a positive experience for every guest and all levels of practice. I highly recommend Namaste Yoga Studio for anyone looking to rejuvenate both body and mind in a welcoming environment.

I love this yoga studio! I've been practicing yoga for about 12 years and have been to many studios over the years. This is a beautiful space, they have a very welcoming staff, it is very clean and well maintained. I like how they give updates prior to each class and am happy that they are adding more types of classes than just the hot yoga all the time. I definitely recommend trying it - you'll want to go back!

The instructors are amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with Gwenevere, Becky, Kelly and Jamie. Each brought their own energy to the space and made the class amazing. The facility is gorgeous. The room has a big mirror, beautiful natural light through the window and padded floor. It’s clean and welcoming and has showers for after class!

Namaste is a great hot yoga studio - teachers are knowledgeable and welcoming.

This studio just moved into a new location that is gorgeous. It can get a bit cramped in the entry/cubby area on days where classes are busy, but this is usually not an issue.

Namaste offers a variety of classes, I suggest starting with the traditional Hot Yoga class if you are new to the studio. Dana Tischler is particularly excellent as a teacher. Her cues are super helpful for checking alignment and ensuring that you get as much out of class as possible.

This studio is amazing. I am far from being a yogi and I really have never enjoyed it but this studio has changed that. It is clean, the instructors are great, and the atmosphere is not intimidating. I highly recommend.

I've practiced at many different studios but Namaste is by far one of my favorites! The studio is very welcoming, professional and the variety of instructors allows you to pick the type of practice you want to engage in depending on your needs that day. This is a special place perfrect for connection, recovery and mindfulness and practice. Best in STL. You have to check it out for yourself!

I left early from work and drove 20 min to get to class within 5 min of it starting. The door was locked, I ran to the front, the door was locked. I messaged and called and the only response was that I should ask Class Pass for my money back. No apology, no responsibility taken. No concern for a first time guest. I highly suggest you going somewhere that cares about their customers. Ive received nothing but dismissive responses and pompous behavior. Ive never written a bad review, but they are truly the worst. Don't go here ---it is the opposite of a peaceful experience.

Would give more than five starts if I could.. Place was awesome studio pre-covid… was worried it wouldn’t be the same after, but the new class offerings and new instructors have Namaste better than ever. Really an entire new studio in best ways…

Gwen’s “shred and stretch,” class has been a great, and challenging, change of pace from my standard of only hot/vinyasa. Her alignment cues, and the more power movements/instruction in general, have been game changer for my practice.. make you really get the most out of each movement or pose. In a relatively short amount of time, seen pretty dramatic improvements in my balance (notice it’s now easier doing other poses/classes), strength and flexibility. Also helped me w/modified movements around shoulder issue, and has low key become new source for music.. playlist added bonus.

Wasn’t sure about getting back into it.. after ~3 months of being back, couldn’t be more happy I did. Super grateful for this studio, the instructors (Jamie hot vinyasa also awesome). The health benefits from being back in a high end yoga routine at Namaste are well worth the commitment. If you’re considering checking it out, you should..

Side note - owner Bobbi is also great and helpful if you ever have questions. Offered to credit my father in law for a month unlimited due to him being unable to use it w/covid quarantine situation last year. Long after the fact.. didn’t have to and very appreciated- type of person and business you want to support.

Visited my parents for the weekend and ended up attending classes at this studio twice I loved it so much! Great variety of classes. Lot that they have a hot yoga option - and nice showers to rinse off afterwards. Clean, smells nice, light and airy feels. Great all around studio. Plus, the padded floors are great for people with sensitive joints - great if you want to do a class with your parents, or maybe you are a parent! Sometimes it feels like the suburbs fall short when it comes to nice studios, but this is no longer the case. I’m really grateful Kirkwood has a place like this.

Wonderful first experience doing hot yoga! It was definitely work. Went in the early am (7am) on a Sunday so it was a very light crowd, which was a plus !

I've been to Namaste off and on since they opened & it's a lovely, intimate, friendly and accepting studio. The instructors and desk staff are terrific and helpful. Of all the studios I've been too, this is one of most affordable and comfortable, and they are welcoming to all yogis. The instructors play music & provide good verbal cues. They also provide cold towels after their hot classes, something that really makes them stand out and keeps me coming back. It was a bummer to see the obnoxious one-star tantrum that another user left when they didn't get their way, but rest assured that Namaste is great.
