The new location is great but here is why we pulled out of Olympia.
- New teachers every week for class is crazy. The kids couldn't form a relationship with the teacher.
- The teachers would laugh if a child did something wrong or didn't know how to do a skill.
- They only seemed to work with the kids that got the skills right away.
- If your child has a delay don't bother sending them to the little kid classes bc they will get lost and teachers won't help them along.
- Tuition would go up and we never knew why.
- The viewing area for the little kids side is upstairs and there is never any room for everyone.

We have since left and LOVE our new gym were we are at!

They were SUPER helpful and kind in a situation when they didn’t have to be. A lot of companies these days would have basically told me “too bad, so sad” and I would have understood, but they were understanding and generous. I’m very grateful for the service they provided me. They kind of restored my faith in humanity a little bit! 🤭

For the price of what was paid for the bday party, the experience was incredibly lack luster and the kids were bored throughout except for the trampolines. They spent almost as much time explaining each station as we did at each one. They wouldn't let any of the parents/family members on the floor even though we have in the past so we couldn't get good pictures. They said this was for insurance purposes but when we asked why the inconstency as well our willingness to sign waivers ourselves, they wouldn't cooperate... Which, okay, but then you need to be active in supervising our kids, not on your phone.... will not be returning.

The gym is great and the kids night out is awesome. But I give 1 star being my husband drove to the St.Peters location to find out the kids were at the Manchester location. The address online is NOT the right address or zip code and by the time anyone picked the phone up the kids missed out over 30 mins driving all the way to St.Peters and then to Ballwin, also the address on the receipt is out of date: please update your addresses for parents that are coming to an event for the first time its very frustrating and inconvenient to drive all that way and back and fourth. NO one answered the phone until the 10th time I called the location. We tried calling the location in ballwin to confirm our daughters place for the event and was told to come down, the kids names were on the list.
Then I called back and asked the young lady if she actually checked the list. And she told us they werent: the ACTUAL location was about 25 minutes away.

We have been there previously for an event (the OLD location off of Weidman) and we were using the address on the receipt (that was provided to me at checkout) for directions. When we got to the location we were led to believe was correct only to be met with a "We've moved" sign. So not only did we drive at least 30 minutes out of the way for nothing, even the address we were familiar with had changed and we were not once made aware of that fact, not before during or after paying for the event.

See the attached photos. This is my receipt that was sent to my email address which I printed out for directions, and the email that gives an overview of the event. There is no mention of a move or a different address listed. Is it possible to get a credit for next event on kids night out?

We love Olympia. They are professional, communicate well, and take amazing care of our daughter. My middle daughter was always my least athletic of the three but Olympia helped her develop her motor skills and gave her the tools she needed to be confident athletically and physically. Highly recommend and stand behind this crew.

We have been coming here for a few years and have loved the ninja program. Where has Coach David been this whole time!!! We absolutely LOVE Coach David. He has made all the difference in my son’s ability and confidence this year. He’s so amazing and has just been the best. Olympia is so lucky to have him and I’m so thankful for his coaching.

Sammi Ballard is nothing short of REMARKABLE in every way. She is so patient with the kiddos and goes above and beyond with what her job entails. She has on multiple occasions shown how she remembers what my daughter loves (older girls), and has taken her to get high-5s from the older kids. Miss Sammi also notices that my daughter likes her friends from another class that happens at the same time and lets my daughter spend some time with them. I would recommend Miss Sammi to all of our friends!

My daughter has been going to Olympia for gymnastics class for the past several months. She loves going, and I love getting her 2 year old energy out! The class is structured, and requires her to exercise impulse control, and allows her to safely practice gross motor skills.

We recently celebrated her birthday at the new location, and we had an absolute blast.

There were seventeen 2 and 3 year olds, and Ms. Robin and her daughter handled the party like a pro. Everyone had so much fun, and parents even commented their kids enjoyed the party so much they were thinking about getting them signed up for regular classes.

I brought a few decorations, but there was really no need. Ms. Robin had a decorated room ready. I was in charge of bringing any food I wanted served, and serving utensils, and that was all. Definitely recommend! Thanks Ms. Robin!

My granddaughter is 5 1/2 and has been going to Olympia Manchester for 2 years. She loves the program and her instructors… in fact lately she proclaimed that she liked gymnastics better than swimming, soccer, and dance! Bumblebees has helped with her balance and gross motor skills- but we have seen her self-confidence soar!! Even though it is a group lesson- her instructors have given her the individual attention that she needed to gain skills, confidence, and have fun! Olympia is definitely her happy place!

This is a gymnastics training center for girls and boys, it also has Ninja classes. All ages and a great team for those gymnast seeking to be competitive. They have an entire area dedicated to little kids training. Love the space and staff.

Both of my girls love Olympia! The coaches do a great job of making gymnastics fun while challenging each child to grow as a gymnast. Coach Robin and coach Kenni do a phenomenal job of pushing each child to grow, giving them pointers on how to improve, while maintaining a strong relationship with each child. You can’t lose enrolling your child at Olympia, it’s the best in the area!

There are different kids and some kids are challenged in their progress. They are not open to work with delayed kids. Ms Kim told us not to bring him to class just because he would not follow instructions, even though I was helping them as a parent. Kids are different in their development, you should be open to work with them.
