I like this gym, especially Barri’s classes! She gives great muscle cuing and corrections. If you can’t make your class call and see if they can switch you to a later class—there is no charge.

Truly love this gym. The family and support you gain from this is incredible. Every coach cares about you as a person and will always take the time to talk to you to help you reach your goals. The challenges and benchmarks they do also are a great way to test what you can do and how much you have improved. This gym is great for all levels of fitness and truly a judgement free, healthy safe space.

I love OTF especially at this location. The coaches always greet each class and prepare them for what the workout is for that class. We had an amazing time at this OTF! We are typically based in DC, but decided to try out this location while visiting family. The coach, Angie, was SO fun and energetic. She really connected with us and made the class so enjoyable.

At the front desk, we were treated with such kindness as well. It’s rare to receive such outstanding treatment when you’re only visiting, but it made the experience way worth it. Looking forward to coming back!

Orangetheory is such a great workout. A workout template in 3 stations with coaches guiding you along the way. I’m someone who needs to be told what exercises are needed for the workout. What sets the studio in Lee’s Summit apart from other locations are the coaches and studio staff. They’re going to learn your name and are always welcoming. The coaches are going to encourage you and push you to better yourself. If there’s something you can’t do, there’s a modification for that and the coaches are great in recommending modifications and stretches. If you’re looking for a change in pace or just wanting to get moving, check them out.

Orange Theory gives me guidance and confidence to work out. When I would go to the gym in the past, I would spend a lot more time and never really felt like I knew what I should be doing. Orangetheory keeps me honest. It’s exactly what I need to keep me headed towards my goals. I’m the queen of good intentions and lying to myself when it comes to exercising, so I like that the coaches direct when to push and when to return to base and that I can visually see that I’m there. I know that I am never under or over training! The coaches are great and the environment of the workout room is perfect! The orange is energizing, but also calming because I don’t feel like I’m under a spotlight for everyone to see.

The coaches at OrangeTheory are amazing! They motivate you throughout the entire workout and push you to do your best. When I workout at home, I slack off. I know Coach Steve and Angie will call me out if I try to do that at OT and that push is exactly what I need. I also love how the classes are a mix between treadmill, weights, and rowers. I get bored easily and the rotation helps keep me motivated and engaged. I drive all the way from Oak Grove to this location!

Great place to get a good workout! All the coaches are great and motivate you through the whole workout. I like the class environment because you're pushing yourself to beat the other members too. Coach Steven is one of the best fitness instructors I worked with and would definitely recommend him no matter your fitness experience. Only down side is you have to book classes in advance and it's a little pricey compared to other gyms.

OTF is the real deal. I've done several other forms of group workouts and this is, by far, the best! The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable, and the workouts are fun and always different. There are modifications for all levels of fitness, and you are pushed to get better every time you step in the door. I run half marathons and marathons, and this has really stepped up my running game (pace and form), and it also works other muscle groups that don't get that level of attention on a run. I also love the people at OTFLS! I've made several friends and that's part of the motivation that keeps me coming back (over a year now). I'm not a morning person, but I show up for the 5am class nearly every day - which is testimony in itself! Try it out - you will not regret it!

I like that everyone is pushing everyone and it's not just the coaches. The environment they build makes everyone push a little harder and encourage your neighbor to do the same. Also, I like that I'm able to work out super hard without having to think too much about what I'm doing. This place has become a staple in my fitness routine! The workouts are a full 60 minutes and each workout is different, which is great for my workout boredom. The trainers truly care about the members and their progress. I've never felt uncomfortable asking them questions and they are so supportive! And the staff is amazing! I'll never know how they have everyone memorized, but I love walking in and no matter who is behind the counter they smile and say "Hey Miya!" Members support each other too and we are all just one big sweaty family here! I've been to a few other OTF gyms, and this one really has the best staff and trainers around!

I love that I can have maximum burn in a one hour workout and get both strength and cardio in one session. As a mother of 2, my time to work out is limited and I would rather work hard and do more in 1 hour at Orange Theory than having to work out twice as often at a lower intensity to get the same benefit.

Orangetheory has me working out again. After completing a marathon in October 2010, I decided to take a few months off for some recovery. That turned into over eight years and 20 pounds. I have tried several times to get back into it, but have failed. Orangetheory seems to be the solution for me. I love the classes, and can already see a difference. I also love the floor work. I have always been a cardio guy (run, bike, swim), and never lifted weights. Orangetheory has me working muscles I have never worked on, but still getting plenty of cardio.
Bonus is my wife loves Orangetheory as well. This is the first time we have ever worked out together.

Orange Theory is challenging and always changing. I love the different themes and goals. For example: Hell Week. I mean who doesn’t love something called Hell Week? So much fun and you get a free tank! Row-Vember and the Dri-Tri are other awesome events. I wasn’t able to do the Dri-Tri this time around, but can’t wait to challenge myself next time. The staff is energetic and makes the workout fun. Staff members make a point to call you by name check in during the workout. Definitely recommend!!

Money aside, this is the PERFECT workout for me. I am constantly pushing myself to be better, but I don't have to worry about what I should be doing next. The experts have a plan and all I have to do is show up. There is always some sort of gym-wide challenge going on, so I don't get bored with working out and always have something to work towards. I absolutely love orange theory! I had been working with a personal trainer for about two years and decided it was getting very expensive and I was becoming very dependent on the trainer. I believe that orange theory is the best of both worlds, I feel like I have a personal trainer and am motivated by the classroom environment and do not feel intimidated at all! I absolutely love the treadmill work. The coaches take you through your base, push and all-out paces in such a way you don’t notice how long you’ve been walking or running.
