The price for a membership is so absurd. A gym membership shouldn’t cost the price of a car payment… People struggling enough to get to the gym. It makes it even harder when they make it so expensive where people can’t afford it. It’s not worth it for the space.

I had been weight lifting at chain fitness centers for a couple years before moving to STL. I was looking for a way to change up my fitness routine when I found PSF! This place is amazing for people of all athletic abilities. It’s a welcoming environment with effective workout programs each month that are tailored to the clients needs. The trainers here are so knowledgeable and really care about their clients. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Long over due review! I've been coming here since shortly after they opened and its the first place I've ever stuck to! They are a great gym with a variety of workout classes, the women who own it and run it are amazing, and they support the rest of the neighborhood businesses and really create a wonderful community to be a part of! If looking to join a gym with structured classes and close connection with the trainers, definitely try out PSF!

This is a great gym! Each station has everything you need for your instructor-led (no need to plan your own workout), balanced (different muscle groups get attention) workout. Plus the staff is great with proactive check-ins for your personal goals. I've been able to see the results since joining PSF.

I love being part of PSF! It's been an amazing place to work out. I love that I don't have to think about or worry about anything. Everyone has their own station of equipment and it's prepared beforehand so I literally just have to show up and workout and leave. I love it! I've never looked forward to going to the gym as much as I look forward to going to PSF. This place is special.

I love working out at PSF! The workouts are varied and customizable so that no matter what your fitness level is you will get a great workout. I worked out at PSF throughout my pregnancy, and the PSF team helped me adapt workouts as necessary to ensure I stayed safe and healthy throughout. Workouts are easy to book on the app, and communication is great overall. The InBody assessments that are offered provide tons of helpful data the coaches will review with you so you can track your progress and set goals along the way. If you're looking for a fitness community with expert support to help you reach your goals where is working out is fun and challenging, this is the place for you!

After years of being out of a gym environment and scared to start back in a group training setting, Personal Space Fitness was professional and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Personal Space Fitness is a great place to get an amazing workout with quality instruction and a welcoming and supportive staff. At any fitness level, you will be instructed and guided throughout your workout and leave feeling invigorated! Don't be surprised if you are unfamiliar with the routines or the equipment, the staff will help you get comfortable and ensure you are safe through the whole workout. An amazing experience and I recommend a class for everyone!

I love being a member of PSF for MANY reasons, here are a few....The small group training makes each workout feel more personal and keeps me motivated and consistently scheduling my workouts each week. I'm now 9 months pregnant, and the trainers have provided great guidance for me to keep moving safely and effectively. The options they provide for workouts (strength, high intensity, circuit, cycling, yoga, or pilates!) there is no way to get burnt out.

I could go on all day abut how amazing this place is, and how wonderful Kate, Steph, and all the employees are!!! Everyone is so fun and motivating! There is a class for everyone, and the schedule is always changing. I love seeing my progression over the month as my strength builds. What a great addition to the community!!! If you are on the fence just do it, believe me you won't regret it. I never thought I would look forward to 5:30 am workouts until I found this gem.

I don’t even know where to begin. I have compliments to throw at the teacher (every single one of them), the classes, the other gym-goers. Bottom line is that we just have a blast while sweating. I think the best would be for you to come on down, invest $10 in your first workout and see how amazing this place is. I’m over 100 classes in since March and if this place keeps me motivated to come back, it should tell you everything you need to know. Pull the trigger. Join us!

Hands down THE best place I have ever worked out at! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I never feel intimidated and the environment is great! I have belonged to a number of gyms in the past, always quitting after a few months because I got bored. With the variety offered at PSF there’s no doubt I will stick with this. The classes are small - which I personally love. In the past, when I belonged to other gyms and I didn’t feel like going, I’d just skip. Now, on days I don’t feel like going, I still show up because Kate and Steph are that awesome. I highly recommend PSF!!

This place is amazing. If you have 30 minutes, you have time for Personal Space! They make every minute count! I’ve been coming since the beginning of February and to say my life has improved would be a massive understatement. I started off going two days a week and plan on upping that to five come April. It’s easy to do as they offer unlimited pricing. I highly recommend throwing in some personal training sessions if you’re like me and Covid destroyed your body😊. There’s no pressure here. Everyone is just doing the best they can.

I never write reviews weather good or bad. However, this is the place to be! The small group setting is great and you can go at your own pace. I feel better and better after each workout. The times are flexible and the trainers really care about your health and well-being. If I can do it then so can you!

The format works great for me, as I know I won't workout unless it's scheduled etc. The group aspect gives it a slight bit of team aspect to it that's motivating as well. The actual workout, along with yoga (new to me) once a week, is helping to keep this 36yr old rec soccer player keep playing a little longer I can already tell 👌

Let’s talk about Stephanie... 7am she is perky enthusiastic and ready to get down to business!!!! I love this concept of working out in our own space. They have thought of everything you might need including your own phone and mask holder! The gym/ studio is clean and very organized. Quality workout with Stephanie!!! Definitely going back!
