I love visiting PF’s when I’m on vacation or out of town (ahem…Black Card flex). This is honestly the nicest and best PF I’ve ever been too. They have sooo many weights and machines. So much space. And a second floor!! The staff keep this place spotless. I wish I lived here just so this could be my home location.

Its clean and has a wide range of gym equipment. It can get busy depending on when you go. It's nice that they have now added a freeweight bench/squat rack, it was one of the only pieces of equipment they were lacking. Now you just need the pendulum squat machine!

I travel all over America and this is the best PF I’ve been to! Two story building, very spacious, tons of cardio equipment but also there are other machines here I haven’t found at other locations which was fun to use! I’ll be coming back and I have it bookmarked. The only “Con” I would say is the parking. I drove a semi and was able to park but only because I didn’t have a trailer with me.

As a black card member this is my favorite location is the Bridgeton Mo. ST .Charles Rock Rd. the manager & staff are always cleaning staying on top of things & this location is not even a year old yet & there bringing in additional equipment to facilitate all our workouts needs... I love the new stretching machines on the 2nd floor to assist before and after workouts which allows stretching for all ages without getting down on the floor

The owners need to install benches in a few corners for people to sit on to take calls, text, watch videos and whatever else they need to do on their phones instead of them sitting on a machine and tying it up for 10 minutes. Make then purple metal benches like the machines to blend in. It's a rude situation for others who want to keep up their pace and move on.

If you’re a woman with an actual shape, beware of this location and their creep of trainers. I’ve visited this location multiple times, fully dressed, and a trainer decided to tell me “I should pull my shirt down, because I’m mooning everyone”. While I was sitting down. Considering I had on knee length shorts and an oversized sweatshirt, I asked him to repeat himself because there’s no way he was talking to me. This CREEP actually repeated himself.
To say I’m disgusted and disappointed would be an understatement. I’ve seen women in PANTIES working out without a problem, but me a fully clothed plus size woman working out warrants and personal visit from the trainer.
Canceling my membership ASAP, because this is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Worst Planet Fitness experience ever. Josh. The club manager actually followed me into the bathroom to harass me about wearing CROCS, even though several other people had them on. Then I got kicked out over it. Unprofessional, embarrassing, and definitely not a “judgment free zone.”

This is a very nice Planet Fitness! They have platforms, which is a game changer. The front desk staff was kind and everything was clean and in its place. I only came one day (a Tues around 11:30 am) while I was visiting town, but was very pleased.

I was working out with my friend at the Planet Fitness in Bridgeton, Missouri when the staff suddenly pulled him aside and accused him of doing something completely inappropriate — which he absolutely wasn’t. We were just talking and minding our own business.
It was extremely uncomfortable to watch how unfairly he was treated. It was clear to both of us that he was being racially profiled. When he even asked them to check the security cameras to prove he did nothing wrong, they refused — which made the whole situation even more suspicious.
This kind of behavior has no place in a gym that calls itself a “Judgment Free Zone.” As someone who witnessed this firsthand, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone, especially people of color. No one deserves to be treated like that.

I'm used to the white and purple paint of the newer PF gyms. So, the yellow is a Lot. But the gym is clean and staff members are very nice.

When I first started coming to this location it was always clean and the staff was great. The last couple of weeks I’ve noticed some of the main staff missing and things going down hill. Dirty floors, bathrooms and paper towels constantly empty lol. The staff just sits and talks doesn’t even get up to greet or scan you in. Disappointing a bit :( the girls are always nice but definitely doing the bare minimum. There is people constantly recording themselves too. Tripods everywhere and invading peoples personal space and their safety. I know plant fitness doesn’t allow this but this location doesn’t seem to care ugh!

As a commercial driver traveling from coast to coast, I truly value Planet Fitness for being a “No Judgment Zone” that I can find near almost every drop site. This is one of the main reasons I’m a proud Black Card member. The Bridgeton location is especially convenient, and I appreciated the thoughtfully designed spaces. Seeing Psalms 118:22 etched in the wall as I entered genuinely made me smile.
Unfortunately, my recent visit did not begin with the warm “Welcome to Planet Fitness” greeting I’ve come to expect from nearly every location nationwide. The manager looked at me, smirked, and did not speak. I stayed long enough to hear the team—including the same manager—greet members who came in after my husband and me. The same thing happened as we left: the manager ignored us while thanking the gentleman walking out right before us.
We drive OTR and may not always look our most polished, but Planet Fitness promotes a No Judgment Zone. I hope this experience was an isolated incident and not reflective of the company’s values. I’d like to believe there was no other reason for this behavior, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

I like it. I have come at random times of the day (12pm,7pm,2:30pm,5am 3am) and I can say it’s always clean. There are no creeps in my opinion. The people who work there are cool. Dumbbells go to maybe 50 or 60 . They have a lot of cardio equipment. They have like 3 dumbbell sections so you can isolate if you want. I kinda love it there. Oh and it’s next to target and Aldi and kohls. So many places to shop. Down the street from Home Depot. I love the location!

Been in town to help with tornados restoration. Dropped in for a spectacular back work out!! What an incredible gym! Best planet fitness I have been too. I had fun on the monkey bars and and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable getting my pass set up!

Transferred here from another PF location and this place is clean, spacious and beautiful! Liz at the desk handled the transfer and was friendly, professional and imformative. Tons of parking outside and easy access. I cant wait to make this my new workout home!

I do not personally recommend this gym the facilities very poor. Whenever i come at night and takes shower, it always a boiling water at night. I hope my review will be reached at gym members and they will fixed their issues. Machines are working good.

Cars are getting broken into in broad daylight with windows shattered. Guard your belongings and lock your car doors!!! It's happened multiple times at this NEW facility with no warning to customers. SHOCKING! My membership won't be at this one sadly 😔

Nice looks and clearly updated.. but the customer service is horrible. Every staff member here mumbles making you feel stupid and don't know what they're talking about with any of their equipment sepcficially the tanning beds. They also told me that wait time for a tanning bed was 12 minutes and I've been standing here for 30 with them sitting behind the counter doing nothing. Really confused on the way they run things here but I'm definetely not coming back and will drive the extra 5 minutes for the other locations. Don't waste your time at this location.

I just called. The guy did not know the answer to my question. So I asked for a manager and he would not get the manager. Then he hung up on me. This is not the way to get or keep customers!
Twice someone answered, but said nothing after I kept saying hello. The third time a guy answered in Spanish and never said the name of the place. Just plain stupid!

It’s a high school hangout. A bunch of people sitting on machines playing on their phones. The free weights are not re racked or in the correct spot. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice new gym but people need to learn it’s a gym not the mall. Let’s not forget the people coming in smelling like weed.
Update: This location has become so busy. Between 5pm - 8pm on weekdays there are so many people standing around or sitting on machines that you can’t workout. People taking free weights and walking off with them and not returning.

I joined Planet Fitness a couple months ago due to its convenient location and positive previous experiences at a different location. However, I feel compelled to address a recent issue regarding attempting to pause my membership.
I visited the gym with the intention of pausing my membership for a month while I undergo major surgery. I planned to return afterward but wanted to avoid paying for a month since I would be unable to use the facilities. The nice woman who was helping me informed me that they do not offer membership pauses. I expressed my concern that the policy of charging sign-up fees and an annual fee again seemed unaccommodating and felt like a bad business strategy from the customers experience.
While I appreciate the woman who helped explain it and her general helpfulness, I was taken aback by the response of a young man at the front desk. When I shared my feedback, he reacted defensively, suggesting that a pause was akin to not paying for the month. This interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, particularly as I was trying to communicate my concerns respectfully to the woman who was helping me. It just made a simple interaction more hostile than it needed to be.
I believe that allowing for flexibility in membership pauses could significantly enhance customer satisfaction and retention. I have genuinely enjoyed my time working out at Planet Fitness, and the staff have consistently been wonderful.
However, my recent experience has led me to reconsider my membership due to the inflexible policy and the unprofessional behavior of the staff member. Given that I will be unable to work during my recovery, I cannot justify paying $30 for a month when I will not be using the facilities. Additionally, the dismissive response I received from the young man at the front desk was disappointing.
I hope management will consider revisiting this approach for the benefit of all members.
Overall, while I have enjoyed my time at Planet Fitness, this recent experience has diminished my perception of the value offered.

Great Planet Fitness location! I believe it first opened in late 2024 or early 2025, and it shows with its newer equipment, clean and modern locker rooms, and overall refreshing design. The layout is interesting, featuring a loft-style mezzanine area with some equipment, offering a quieter space and great views from the second-floor windows. The staff is attentive, and management is actively engaged with both employees and members, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only downside I’ve noticed is the lack of a dedicated stretching area, but overall, this gym is outstanding!

So imagine pulling up and parking your work vehicle/home and going in for a workout. You ask for permission because you are a planet fitness customer and you get the okay to workout. You finish with cardio and head to the showers on the way you check your property is still where you left it. You pass the young man who gave you approval speaking with what appears to be a manger and other employees. You finish your shower and see the nice young lady from your last visit and you make a joke, not knowing the manager plays nasty games with people’s livelihood and the joke you made is coming true. You exit to find two gentlemen attempting to tow away your life. You tell them you are a paying customer they can see the note in the door, most importantly you made sure to get consent before parking. They claim it was not given and planet fitness called them. How could that be when no one approached you to take back the consent given. Who would be so nasty to wait until a customer goes to shower to get their vehicle towed? Who would look directly at a customer and not let them know what they had done. My guess is someone who works with the tow company he called and gets kick backs. I was told it would be $1600 to drop it. Imagine just wanting to work out costing you $1600. Even the officer who showed up on the seen thought the price was extortion her exact words. The sign says customer parking only but I guess planet fitness discriminates! They have no issues with money from truck drivers but will try to ruin their lives if they come to work out in certain facilities. So beware as drivers. Most professional drivers know to get permission before parking. Like I did but the last thing we would expect is after getting permission,having that same company call a tow company to come steal your truck.

Terrible set up; cardio machines are all lifefitness, which are the worst in the industry: elliptical stroke/ stride is too short and not adjustable, rowers have chains instead of cables which grind and make awful noise while working out, and the layout here is awful.
Check in requires you to give your name and email address on a sheet of paper that absolutely everyone can see take a picture of and steal your name and email address. Check in for the Black Card amenities like the massage beds and chairs is on a kiosk now that is almost always broken or it doesn't work. If it does work the machine is already started by the time you walk in and get settled, a full 2 minutes has gone by.
Very bad set up. Unfortunately, the other local clubs are also trash.

I’m a regular at Planet Fitness and it’s a worker named Latwon who goes out of his way to be very pleasant and welcoming. He greets me coming and leaving. His positive attitude and pleasant, friendly demeanor are truly refreshing, and it’s important to have someone like him in the facility. He’s very attentive to the customers and I think that’s dope. Please keep him around!!

Kristin and morning staff are superb! They are very, very friendly and you can tell they love their job and customers. Customer service is stellar in the morning! I would not recommend to go in the evening. They did not welcome us; But my problem was with Anna, who looked at my disabled husband up and down, in disgust -to the point where my husband sat out in the car crying feeling uncomfortable! When I went to go check on him, and walked back into the building, she also looked at me up and down like she had a problem. We even tried to be friendly and ask her how she was, and she just didn’t want anything to do with us. I’ve never been treated like such, and I felt horrible for my husband! We let the general manager and assistant manager know, and they said they will take care of it. I really hope they do take care of it. The only reason why we didn’t cancel our membership is because Kristin and the morning crew have always been so nice to us. We should be able to go to planet fitness that is a no judgment zone without worrying about being judged, and Anna made us feel so uncomfortable! 5 STARS FOR MORNING CREW ONLY! Please teach Anna some customer service/respect or get rid of her. Even if this is her first job, she needs to learn because she’s never gonna get anywhere with her attitude. I’m currently a general manager, and I would never deal with that! Once again, thank you Kristin, Janisa, and morning crew for making us feel like family and making us want to work out! Also shout out to the assistant manager for talking with us and I hope he gets evening shift under control! He seems like a very nice person!

Night crew, not so good; almost cancelled my membership bc of Anna’s bad attitude, but I only go for morning crew here on out! GM and assistant manager - great guys. I love this gym! I’m disabled and morning crew always makes me feel like family. Thank you Kristin and team for treating me like an equal! And for actually making this a judgement free zone gym and having excellent customer service to make me even want to come back after what I experienced with night crew! The NICEST staff I have ever met at a Planet Fitness. I have been to 4 PF and Bridgeton is the only one where the staff smiles and greets you as you walk in and leave.
