I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming to this gym for about five years now and the staff is amazing! Cassie and Chris are always fun and laughing and having a good time and are always very helpful. Also the manager displays perfect customer service skills and makes a fantastic work environment for her employees as well as the customers! I recommend Planet Fitness to everybody I know.

Great people! They really take the to get to know you. Its never felt like a revolving door. They are always upgrading the equipment to make sure they latest and greatest are available.
I would like to see some more tanning beds upgraded, like the new red light beds in some of the Clubs in St. Louis.

Just joined. One thing I have noticed is how clean this place is! I found out why tonight as I came at 11pm. Guess what, they had a team of three cleaning the machines ~ Daniel, Charles, and Don. They are cleaning "machines." Lol

Been going here since 2019 when I got my first job, whether it's late at night or early in the morning I always feel comfortable going to this location. They don't have the bad habits of the other Planet Fitnesses. The staff are amazing, the gym goers are respectful and I can go in, get my workout done, and leave feeling great. I am a bit of a fitness addiction I love planet fitness because they have a gym most places I go for work related travel the one in Cape Girardeau is still nice but the equipment is getting a little bit worn & dated my only complaint and the only thing preventing a 5 star rating for this location is the cleanliness of the Mens locker room/ bathroom which could definitely use a deep cleaning & deodorizer I realize it's a mems locker room but 2 days in a row it had a rank odor that was on the verge of unbearable

Your two male overnight employees are some of the best people I've ever met. They're considerate and kind, they do their best to make sure that I'm(and women in general) are protected when working overnight in the shop just a few doors down. Please let them know that they're doing a great job!

Neaveon, the guy on night shift is the actual best! He has always been friendly and knows his stuff! He makes the experience so much better for me! I have horrible anxiety and having him there cuts alot of the tension and has helped me so much. I stopped coming for quite awhile and he still remembered me which was really nice as well! Not many places are like that anymore. He's always alone on his shift and keeps up with helping everyone who needs it and keeps up with the cleaning. Which I've seen others slack on alot He showed me what all the tanning beds were and what I needed to do to use them. 10/10 experiences. And give the man a raise he truly deserves it.

I only keep my membership because they are open 24/7 and fitness plus closes early on saturdays. This could be the best gym in town if they had at least a few barbell racks. It’s all smith machines though!

Staff is super friendly & gym is very clean. Only weird thing (at least to me) is that they make you clean your own tanning bed. Threw me off the first time I visited & the employee handed me a spray bottle. I'm not from the area & have been to at least 20+ PF's throughout several states & have never experienced this. Beds are always ready & have a towel provided along with a sign showing the bed has been sanitized & cleaned once I enter the room at every other PF I've ever been to. This one they just hand you a bottle & there is a paper towel dispenser in the room. Other than that I would still recommend this location as the staff has always been very friendly, gym is stocked with about every piece of equipment you can ask for & is clean.

Their billing is a bit strange. It's a low price each month, except for one month it jumps to three or four times the price and then goes back to the normal low price.

I got my first membership this week today was my first day actually coming inside to begin my journey. Enjoyed my workout I reserved an Hydro bed the young lady helped me do it. Since it’s my first time using it. So after my workout the young lady told me to come to the front at my scheduled time and she would assist what to do. I get to the front the young man goes can I help u? I said yes I reserved a hydro bed and I was told to meet here at my time. He goes don’t have any available I said what do u mean went on to say the young lady told me to meet her here he was so Rude! I said don’t speak to me that way he went on to say I’m not speaking to u no way and begin to get loud that really made me feel unwelcome if you don’t know how to actually work customer service just give it. This situation could have been handled differently!!! Might just end my membership that was uncalled for. Then I began to walk off and he begins discussing me to the young lady which he could have waited until I left!!! How rude treat people how you would like to be treated bottom line!!! Unhappy Customer!

Only a member for about 24 hours and didnt get past the front desk. Never touched a piece of equipment. They don't think I can get a refund. Place was packed with people. I had no idea where anything was at or how it worked. So I canceled membership. I thought I would go try again but can't get in even though I paid for the month.

24 hrs 7 days not the case if it’s cold out. You may want to call in advance if you have to drive 25 min to get there. McDonalds open Krispy Crème open Hardee’s open all the gas stations open no one showed up to open Planet Fitness!!!!!!!
