It used to be well-cleaned. The straps and point of contact smells perfume from previous users.
2 am in the morning last week. It was cold outside, but inside the gym, it was very cold. I asked why it's cold and the night guy in-charge said that he was instructed not to turn on the heater. Oh my God! I left!

The employees are welcoming. I also see them clean the machines and mop. The only thing is some people do not wipe the machines after they’re done. It’s nasty and that’s how sickness/infections start. So be aware and wipe before you start. Also, the amount of creepy men that just stare at women is ridiculous. No woman goes to the gym to be stared it. We go to exercise not feel watched.

If I could write a -100000 review, I would. This planet fitness is going down at a rapid pace. My first gripe is the quality. The staff is occasionally eating at the front desk and they allow customers with ski mask and big book bags (not gym bags) to come into the establishment. This has led to the establishment not keeping its usual polished look and took away from the luxury experience. My second gripe is a disagreement that was had with the second manager. It is perfectly fine to disagree with a customer, HOWEVER, under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should that customer be followed outside of the building to their car!!! That employee should be fired!!! That is an unsafe and unnecessary situation to put everyone in, the paying customer inside AND outside of your facility. Every establishment knows the importance of not following a person out to their car regardless of the circumstances because that could led to something bigger and worse. It should be a zero tolerance policy for this strictly off of endangering the customers. He is putting your establishment and luxury business at risk over something so small. How are you all going to keep paying customers coming in the door if you are not able to keep a leveled head, and properly articulate yourself when you are upset with a customer. I used to love this place, now I have to switch establishments because the second manager does not know how to properly communicate with the paying customers and I feel extremely unsafe. Hopefully, the future paying customers do not get this horrible experience we received.

Gym is very clean and front desk staff is nice. The male manager always gives me a hand when I have a question or needs help .

My only complaint is sometimes when I want to use the massage chairs the area back there smells like food is being cooked or burnt.
It’s a gym not a restaurant.
And it’s starting to bother me more than usual. And

I’ve also heard from other members that the female manager tends to be dismissive or unavailable when certain things are going on.

But other than that I love the place and the new equipment I’m a long time regular.❤️

I’d advise anyone visiting this location to be cautious. My car was stolen from a well-lit parking spot directly under a security camera, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I used to enjoy coming here, but the lack of effective security measures outside is a major concern. Even more concerning was the staff’s dismissive attitude when I reported the theft—it happened on their shift, and they should take these incidents more seriously. This location needs to step up its security to ensure the safety of its patrons and their belongings.

Club is great but so many of the members are selfish and disrespectful truly of others. Put away weights. Wipe off equipment after you sweat on it. Keep your shirt on when out on the main floor. There is a posing room in the locker room. Use it instead. Free weights are limited but if you are inventive and use the machines you can make great progress.

The facility is great the membership fees are not what's advertised. They say they give vet discounts, staff knows nothing about that. Can't explain how the annual fees changed or any of the billing. I'm not swiping my card each time I visit with a black membership. All good. Club fitness is right down the road and better pricing plus they have classes. Staff was polite and friendly but the shady billing practices aren't for me. Proceed with caution.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOT SAFE.. Car theft and break in’s at the blink of an eye! Car was broken into within an hour. I chose this location because it was convenient but after so many safety concerns and SEVERAL CAR BREAK IN’S, I’ve decided to cancel my membership. The employees are not knowledgeable, don’t care, and very immature. The regional appears to be VERY dismissive and lacks empathy for customers. I also cancelled my membership before the payment due date but yet they still took the money from my account. I spoke with an employee and she specifically said that I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. I’ve had to go to the facility 3 times and called 4 since trying to get this resolved. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND EITHER VISIT A DIFFERENT LOCATION, OR A BETTER FRANCHISE.

I had the chance to do my 34 reset at a truck driver near this planet fitness and I had 3 workouts.
I noticed a couple things here.
There are some activities going on the parking lot.
Don’t leave anything valuable on the car or truck.
The gym is not bad. There are a lot of equipment and cardio machines. But the area is sketchy
Be careful where you park.

Visiting from out of town, the parking lot is large enough. If you have a a truck and trailer etc. The outside parking lot is a little sketchy as this is not in the best area of town so don't leave any valuables visible. But once you get inside the gym, the staff is extremely nice, they are walking around and cleaning all the time while we were there on a Tuesday lunch time, was not crowded at all, bathrooms are clean. Machines were clean, nothing was broken. Very good gym to visit.

The husband and I are "regulars" if you will. Have been going to this gym for over 2 years now. In order for this review to be 5 stars, Planet Fitness would need to care about their parking lot and the lack of security. People parking in the handicapped spots who should not be or that does not have a handicap sign; people with canes/wheel cheers do workout there and need those spots available to them. We personally experience ATTEMPTED THEFT TWICE. The first time was about a year ago, walking into the gym and the husband turns around to see teenagers surrounding our vehicle. Second time was recently, my Malibu got broken into, along with 5 other cars!! Luckily they didn't take anything, but still an inconvenience and cost me money to replace a window. To know that their parking lot is not safe for their customers or their staff... says a lot.

Bolts from the machines seats coming out, cables machines are broken (everyday thing) if they took care of their facility THEY wouldn’t need to be “notified.” Kids take over and allowed to walk around with book bags. This locating turns into a hangout spot after 6 for kids and folks not looking to workout. This locating is newer but you feel like it’s in the hood after you pull in and enter. Staff doesn’t sanitize areas like I’ve seen at other locations. Break ins are insane. Feels like a YMCA instead of a professional commercial gym. If they cared they would show it actions not in commenting back in the review section. Wouldn’t recommend going after 9pm; help eliminate the risk of auto theft to your car. I had high hopes for this location but now im considering a new gym until I move. I’ll add pictures of the damage machines they KNOW are broken later. If they fix the maintenance issues and stop allowing kids to hang out who aren’t even touching equipment for hours (literally sitting at benches talking) I’ll change my stars.

As a black card member that travels for work, I’ve been to several Planet Fitness clubs in Texas, Ohio, Nevada, California, Memphis, and right here in Missouri and Illinois. This particular club is one of the very best if not the best. The crew is also very engaged, nice, and they keep the club clean and orderly. You don’t see that as much at the other clubs.

This was my 1st experience at Planet Fitness. The employee did not seem very knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of equipment. However, I wish they had some of the equipment I utilized at Gold's Gym before it closed. I wasn't very comfortable working out here but I'm sure that was because it was the 1st time. I cancelled my membership back in May. I was told that I had no outstanding fees and that the last day I could go to the gym was June 16th. On June 17th I saw that I got billed for the month of June, and on July 1st I got billed for the annual fee. I was told that I would be refunded and the person who told me that said that they only did refunds on fridays. If I was set to be refunded on the 30th, why did I get billed again?
