I have been a member of PF Rolla for almost 6months now, I moved here from Kansas City. This gym is outstanding, very clean staff is nice, and I'd have to say I have yet to run into any gym goers that cause problems, which is so refreshing... even the youngsters seem to have good gym etiquette. The only thing I could possibly ask for is a seated calv machine, and possibly one of those hammer strength chest apparatus.. Overall great gym!

I was charged for 2 weeks when a tornado hit and I couldn't use the gym, they still took their membership fees. Now, I canceled my membership, before I was going to be billed and I was STILL charged AFTER I canceled.

The staff are friendly & helpful. There’s a lot of equipment to use so you don’t have to wait. We enjoy two planet fitness clubs & we love the variety & friendly atmosphere of most of the staff. I must say, over some time the club in Saint Louis maintains their facilities & equipment & keeps everything cleaner than the Rolla branch.

Melissa's customer service and welcoming attitude is 11/10! She is TERRIFIC! I visited this location twice, and each time, she was working the floor, welcoming members, and was always kind. Very impressed with this location!
Feedback- Showers needed to be cleaned better, and there were COUNTLESS nails and screws in the parking lot. Beware for your tires!

I do like planet fitness, but I can not count how little amount of men have looked at me, let alone flirt with me! I don't go to the gym to lift weights, thats dumb! i go so that i can meet my future husband. I never even wear modest clothing. The staff are pretty nice, I guess, but really, the people who go there make the experience almost awful. Also people crowd around the leg press and chat forever even though there are literal chairs and a couch that will do much better for them.

This Planet Fitness is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. Keith, the Manager, works especially hard at making sure that everything is kept clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Recently, this location had tornado damage. Everything was cleaned up in less than 2 weeks, and the gym was opened again for use. Totally amazing!

When I quit the club recently, I was not informed that the next months bill would be charged to me if I did not quit before the tenth of the month. I’m very disappointed in the changes recently. The current employees do not care to clean a single thing. The bathroom has at the same trash on it for 3 days. Had to wake up one of the staff the other day while he was sleeping at the counter. When I come in, there’s one gentleman in particular that doesn’t even acknowledge people’s existence sometimes & continues to play on his phone. These are the people you’re having represent your company & it is extremely unprofessional.
I’ve been coming here for a long time & enjoy it, but this is getting out of hand.
Management needs to come in & make some changes. I’m considering going to another gym due to the unclean conditions & unprofessionalism. I really hope some changes happen.

Unreliable gym at best. The gym will sometimes just not open. They advertise 5am Monday to Friday that is a lie. The club has gotten extremely dirty over the last couple months. The new staff seems to wait for someone to complain about something before fixing the problem. Locker rooms are always so dirty in the mornings you wouldn’t want to change your shoes. Machines dirty, cleaning bottles empty and staff that’s just there to collect a pay check. Don’t waste your time at planet fitness unless they change something dramatically fast.

It is ALWAYS too hot in the gym. They set the temp above 72, and I could be wrong, but I think people working out would probably prefer more like 68. I get overheated easily. The staff is great, but it’s just too hot to be comfortable. People pack the treadmills by the fans and the others are empty. Please turn the air down!!!

Planet Fitness has the kind of equipment needed to keep every part of the human body fit. Staff is there to help but does not hang over anyone. Rooms are designated for every sort of exercise, including timed areas for those who need a quick workout during lunch time. The staff and equipment are great at the Rolla location. Unfortunately, the owners won't fix the shower in the men's locker room which makes it difficult to get ready for work in the morning. There are 2 showers and one has been broken for a month. Last year the same shower was broken for 4-5 months. Very frustrating!

I love PF. They have great equipment for almost any type of workout you want. A QR code on the machines that will take you to a video of the excercise if you are not familiar. Lots of cleaning stations so they aren't that far away from anything and you can quickly wipe down equipment and move on to your next thing. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Plus I love the massage chairs

Honestly I loved the gym while I was there, I loved the amenities, but moving away and not being able to cancel my membership unless I am there or send in a physical letter is a little confusing. We apply for this online (some of us) and we can’t cancel online? I appreciate the staff for being so helpful but I can’t even email in a note because they feel the signature won’t be genuine…. and I asked because I have an iPad and Apple Pencil that I could write on and sign with. Sending a physical letter seems outdated and I probably won’t ever get a planet fitness gym membership again after this one is canceled. Nothing against the policy either I should have read it, but for those like me who graduated and moved out of the city it’s just a little inconvenient to have to send in a physical letter. Contesting with the bank almost seems easier than doing this. I’m going to send the letter in but I won’t be reactivating my membership ever probably unless the policy changes.

This is my favorite club! We have visited several different clubs with our black card and this is by far my favorite. It is not the biggest or the most updated equipment, thank goodness. I am old school and I appreciate the simple things. The staff took the time to explain what the total body enhancement is and what it does to benefit me. They are very pleasant and take the time to really get to know us. My husband and I go 3 times a week and we feel at home in Rolla! One club was so big and intimated, the tanning beds were different and they couldn’t tell me the difference was because they have never visited another club themselves. The other club we visited was smaller and older and seemed dirty compared to what we are used to in Rolla. We appreciate the time and effort that they give to their customers at Rolla and I do recommend Rolla PF to all the folks that I know.

I visit several different clubs, but primarily go to Rolla. Rolla is not the best facilities per se, I have been in nicer ones. By nicer, I simply mean better tanning beds and more fancy of design and finishings. HOWEVER, I feel like the staff are always friendly enough, not off putting. I also don't believe I have ever felt like things seemed dirty in the Rolla club. I can not make those two very important positive comments for a specific "nicer" facility I frequent. Rolla club feels open and inviting and low key. Love that. If I had one criticism, it would be that I do not appreciate or like that girls are walking around with no shirt on. Sports bras are not shirts and not SUPPOSED to be what is in a Planet Fitness environment. There is a specific rule, posted on the wall nonetheless, about not wearing string tank tops (I assume that is largely geared to men), yet it is okay for young ladies to walk around in a bra? I have wanted to bring my teenage sons with me to the club, but can never bring myself to do it . . . I am not foolish about what is appealing to a man's eyes and therefore don't feel comfortable bringing my boys in the club. There is supposed to be no intimidation (however you spell your marketed word), but if I was a very large women and trying to get going and trying to shed some deathly pounds, I would find that uncomfortable and intimidating. I do like your club! I appreciate that no one ever seems to be particularly unfriendly. Thank you so much! We absolutely LOVE our Planet Fitness! All the staff are friendly! We know them and have formed a fitness friendly relationship with them! They are always smiling and encouraging every time we walk in the door! Kaitlyn is super happy, Darien is amazing! I forgot my headphones one day and he let me borrow his! Blake is always talking to you! Nathaniel wants to soak up all fitness knowledge and is so nice! Stephanie is so knowledgeable and will help you with anything! She is always cleaning or doing something productive! Jacob is sooooo chill! Caleb always has a smile! Even if he’s super tired from studying Thermodynamics! Out of everyone in this gym, Rachel is my favorite! She is so relatable, always asking how I’m doing! She knows this gym and how it’s run like the back of her hand! She wants you to have the best workout every time!!!! She is amazing!!! Extremely helpful and friendly!!! She IS the backbone of this gym, it would fall apart without her! I LOVE MY GYM!!!! I have been going to planet fitness since they opened. When they first opened I was paying the monthly fee then a worker informed me I could come for free since I was a Police Officer. I have continued to go here and the other day I asked to update my phone number at which time they informed me I owed money because they no longer do the police program. I told them I sign in every day and no one has ever told me this until I asked to update my phone number. The biggest issue I have is I have no problem paying the monthly fee however, now on top of the monthly fee and annual fee they have a start up fee. I shouldn't have to pay this fee I'm not a new member. I have been going since they opened. Very sad and poor customer service
