This is my first gym. I came in unknowledgeable and timid. I have bad social anxiety, but after a few months I do feel much better here.

The gym is kept very clean. Lots of cardio machines and a good selection of weight machines. Some of the machines need TLC.

The atmosphere can feel very much like you are being judged. Hard to describe. Just a lot of high school energy.

Every actual conversation I have had has been friendly. It is the gossiping and whispers that are less so.

I will keep coming to this gym and update my review after a while. I am committed to it because of the location.

I enjoy plantet fitness a lot! It's a clean facility, many different work out machine options, the staff are always smiling and welcoming! They have a good ice cold selection of electrolyte filled drinks, great television selections to watch while working out, and full of happy and heal energy! My money was well spent buying a monthly membership there!

I've been coming here a long time. I've had memberships here and Genesis. The gym is affordable, has nice staff, and has most of the equipment and items you would want. I'll say my biggest complaint is that they used to be open all hours and never went back to this after they lowered them for Covid.

This is the cleanest, friendliest, roomiest Planet Fitness I have ever been to. There are 3 locations in town and I choose to drive the extra mile to this location because of the staff’s welcome demeanor. Employees like Patience and Will are the reason I keep coming back. They always remembers who I am and welcome me by name. They know I want my red light therapy and bottle of water without even having to ask. Thanks for being the best gym in town. 5 stars.

Usually everyone is so nice and hospitable but today they have a new guy working tonight and he is absolutely the rudest team member they have! Professionalism was out the window when it came to him sadly. Cut me off speaking 3 times before I could finish my sentence and it was absolutely unacceptable. Very rude! I will going to the other location or switching gyms if this continues.

Though the club was clean canceling my membership did not happen when I called and the manager was extremely rude when I called back. Just go online and cancel, why didn’t they tell me this when I called instead of telling me it was canceled over the phone (which the manager said they don’t do).

Closing at 8 o’clock on the weekends it seems like a waste of money but also the owner should quit being cheap and change the tan bulbs..disappointing!!Staff was nice but change your bulbs there’s 5 blown bulbs in one stand up 😤 and then you close the beds 30 min before closing hours. Waste of my gas. Shouldn’t close beds early. Just lazy workers I guess

The employee and what I assumed was the manager were very friendly and gave no lip. We arrived right before closing and I know that is our fault, but a friend of mine was adamant about using the messaging chairs. My friend wanted to show me how great they felt. Anyways, the employees were super friendly and showed top tier customer service, even with us staying till closing time. I understand bad days, but a little kindness like these two showed last night is something that makes humanity worth it.

Everything about getting started and the day-to-day business of the whole thing has been so easy. Every staff member with whom I've interacted has been helpful and kind. I was scared to go to the gym because I've been so overworked for so long and I was ashamed. Because of this i had my doubts about the judgement free zone, but it really is like they say it is. The staff AND the patrons support one another to the extent that anyone is comfortable. Personally I like to just put my headphones on and forget that anyone else is there, and that's also easy at PF.
