Attempted to reinstate my account..was told I would have to speak with manager. Attempted several times..on 4th call..spoke with manager who stated she was not going to allow me to reinstate my account based on what a past employee/manager said. Stated she was standing behind his decision. Asked to speak with the owner or have him comtact me..and she hung up on me.

Tried to get my account back the woman on the phone told me $42.74 no problem. I get there ready to play the balance then they told me my account was in collections and I had to pay off my balance then start a new membership. I was never told that my account was in collections over the phone and I would have to pay the balance off then get a new membership. Go to club fitness it’s more better !

Yesterday june 10,2019
I was Disrespected by the floor Manger.
As I was walking out to leave she demanded that I move back A bench I had moved, in front of her whole staff and gym members.
I think as a manager, she could have talked to me personally about the bench issue.
I have been coming to this gym for more than 4 years and always would see a bench in the back, so I started to use it for my work out routines.
That was the first time I moved one back there.
Why just me, why this time, and why in that manner.
And since I’m writing this review
Not ever has that floor manager been welcoming
Or ever said by have a nice day.
As a floor manger you should be a example for ur crew working their.
Some of the people working there are very kind and nice 👍

I told her I wasn’t moving
Nothing and that’s their job maybe I was a little mean
But I also felt like she was putting me on the spot.
She knows I’ve been going there for a while and she could have just told me next time please move the bench back when u move it.
But you don’t just demand some one to do something, while they are about to walk out that’s so disrespectful.

I am brand new to the city and transferred my membership to this location. As soon as I transferred I was charged an annual fee. I'm part of what's called Prime which allows me to sign up with multiple gyms for one low fee. Participating in the program also waives the annual fee. My previous gym also charged the fee in error but corrected the mistake. I called at least 4 times before I was able to speak with the manager named Ashley. She was very short with me and had no empathy when it came to the situation. She basically brushed me off and said it was my responsibility to pay the charge. I will be visiting this location today to cancel my membership.

Good welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff! Lots of cardio equipment, dumbbells and workout machines! A little bit smaller than some of the newer locations but I still get it in! A stairclimber would be a nice upgrade! It gets the job done though!

This place is pretty good size. More treadmills than anything but lots of weight machines too. Even during busy times there is plenty of space. I travel a lot for work so I’ve been to many different Planet Fitness locations and compared to others I’d say the staff at this one is a little more snarky/rude than in other places. Really it’s two specific staff members who are there during the day. You’ll know them when you encounter them.

Canceled my membership today due to poor service...staff acts as though it's acceptable to talk to and treat customers poorly. You're ok as long as you do not ask for service or set an appointment at 6am for a tour of the gym and proper use of the equipment etc.

I'm amazed at the attitudes here...I do not patronize any business that does not value THE CUSTOMER. I believe this type of service is also the norm across the board at other locations....I tried another one before canceling. Lacks knowledge of services and are not willing to help...acts as though you are bothering them while they're at work. Real short with you.

Apparently this is not the first time hearing this, so I was told. The corporate site's rating is 1.4😧😱☺...Sooooo, I'm guessing no one is concerned. #myxpertadvice hire slowly, fire quickly! Customer Service is Key...not PRICE!

The gym itself is okay, I only get a good workout in over the weekends because work is unpredictable during the week, so the past two Sundays I’ve came to this location and it states that they open at 7am and they haven’t been open. One Sunday I sat on the lot for about an hour and a half with 8 other people waiting and no one showed. So I called around 12pm and a worker explained they had issues finding someone to open. Okay that’s fine and I’m understanding, but two weekends in a row, that’s just unprofessional and this is supposed to be a business that I pay for monthly and they can’t even open on time. There are thousands of ppl looking for jobs out here and I’m almost certain that they can find better and more reliable staff than the ones they have now because they certainly need to. Needless to say I’ll be taking my talents to Club Fitness.

I read the reviews and was kinda skeptical but this location is closest to me so I decided to try it out...IM GLAD I DID 🙃 the staff always answers my questions and are very helpful and pleasant to me...I've Never had a problem. If you want a gym where you can work out and be left alone unless you ask for assistance this is the place 😊 oh and I'm finally losing some weight now that I'm at a comfortable gym.

This gym is a mess. It's always dirty, machines break and stay broken for months at a time, and it appears that no time or money is spent on upkeep. Virtually none of PF's own policies are enforced, with people sitting on machines for long periods of time while just texting, phone conversations happening on the machines, and weights left on machines after people get done with them. The 30-minute circuit area, which has a sign that says it's "closely monitored by staff" is basically a place to park your butt and mess around on your phone for an hour. In short: Stay away from this location.

I joined Planet Fitness a couple of years ago and will not change. The Black Card membership is affordable, gives me access to any Planet Fitness in the world, and allows me to bring a guest every single visit. The gym is clean, the amenities are fun and unique (try the red light therapy or a massage) and the service staff always greet with a smile and wish you a nice day as you're leaving.
