Went a few weeks ago and it was a good workout. The atmosphere felt a little off. As someone who hasn't taken a lagree class before, the instructor (Alyssa) wasn't welcoming. The "tour"of the megaformer was only 15 seconds and had me confused the whole class. There was also no correcting of form throughout the class. I want to try PLNK again but not with Alyssa.

Do not come to this store! I signed up for a free trial class at this store and provided my credit card information when booking on the website. But this store used my credit card to sign me up for a month's worth of classes without my consent and now that I can't reach this store by phone, they have no intention of giving me a refund!

Have been working out at PLNK for a month and a half, and I love it! Everyone’s really friendly, and some of the coaches will correct my form when needed, which is super helpful! There’s no pressure to buy anything, and the classes are generally really well structured.

Very unwelcoming experience. I arrived 5 minutes early for my first class, but due to limited parking nearby, I couldn't find a spot closer and had to walk. Despite arriving on time, I was not allowed into the class. The staff also charged my friend for the guest pass she shared with me, even though we were told it would not be deducted. Additionally, although I have prior experience with Pilates reformer, no one took the time to assess my level or check if I was comfortable joining. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disorganized.

I do Lagree all the time at solidcore in New York. They use megareformers and you can either wear socks or go barefoot, you clean them at the end either way. The confirmation text I got after I purchased my very first PLNK class told me I would need to buy the sticky socks from their studio. This was not something that was made clear as I was purchasing my first class, else I would not have done it – doubling the price so I can pay for products that aren’t even necessary to do this type of workout is not for me. I don’t live in St. Louis and it’s not as if I would be going to PLNK enough times to justify a $40 pair of socks. When I told them that I didn’t know I would have to purchase more products and would not be attending and I needed a refund, they refused. Even though this was the very first time I’d purchased a class from this studio, even though I do not live in St. Louis, even though I told them well before the class began. I had to end up calling my bank and disputing the charge to get the money back. They literally tried to keep my money for no reason at all. Their customer service is abysmal.

Great workout, however, they are not flexible with their packages. I had purchased a package over the summer I was only able to use once due to unforeseen circumstances. I sent a couple emails asking if I could get some credit on my account, or just one or two days and was told no. I won’t be giving my money to this establishment again.

Update they charged my card for missing the intro class that I missed because the online profile I created still had my card on file. After sending an email to fix the situation it was quickly refunded.
Was referred to this studio, because of the location is hard to find parking. I drove 30 min to get there, arrived 3 min after class started the doors were locked. When calling after class was over no one answered left a VM still no response. Why lock the doors ? They don’t seem friendly or inviting I won’t be back glad I didn’t pay for the sessions. I don’t feel welcomed at all.

First workout was fantastic. Would like to continue. But three stars only due the worst App and website I've encountered in years. I could do half a workout in the time it takes to move through one screen to another due to extraordinarily poor loading times and errors online. App is marginally better, but if you're a new member, trying to get something done on the poor technology frameworks is arduous and painfully slow. I'm trying to log into the website to purchase a membership and have literally been trying now for over an hour. It takes minutes to go from one page to another to then encounter an error...it's unbearable.

I *still* love PLNK! I’ve never found a group fitness class that combines strength and endurance while toning every muscle of your body like PLNK does. The results have carried over into more energy, my running, and overall endurance. Great music, motivation, and atmosphere. It’s worth every penny!

PLNK has been my favorite workout class and/or Pilates experience since I started practicing. The instructors are informative and patient, the facility is clean and modern, the workout is both fun and challenging and can also be adjusted as I get stronger, etc. Big fan of PLNK cwe - worth the price.

I have tried many different types of workouts before but never really thought Pilates would feel challenging enough for me. After a month at PLNK, I can say this is the most challenging work out I’ve tried as well as the one I saw results the fastest! Highly recommend for anybody looking to push your boundaries with the help of very encouraging and knowledgeable instructors.

Love lagree and I’m so glad plnk exists bc there are not many studios in the Midwest. Everyone is very friendly and the studios are very clean! The only concern I had is that the classes are not as challenging as other lagree classes I’ve done in other cities. My heart rate never went up and I did not sweat at all. Tried different instructors too but had the same experience with them all.

I love PLNK! Such a welcoming environment and such a unique and challenging workout. I started going with the class pack and got quickly obsessed so I upped it with a membership. I’ve been going for a little over a year and can’t say enough great things about this business! I cancelled my regular gym membership- this has forced me to get up and go to class. I’ve seen great results physically and mentally. I love going to Taylar, Brooke, and Erin!

I am not one that craves working out but ever since I’ve joined PLNK I love going to the classes! The instructors are wonderful and this class FLIES by. You feel every part of your body working.. and the bonus part, you can do this while pregnant and it helps with the delivery! I've heard about PLNK for years from friends that are clients and instructors. I finally took my first class after the winter holidays in January 2021, and I was SO IMPRESSED!! As an ACE-GFI, I'm well-versed in group fitness formats and conditioning, and I've never experienced anything like the Lagree method and megaformer. The experience is accessible for many types of people -- from athletes looking for cross-training to individuals with spinal and joint issues to pregnant women. As a runner, this workout hits different! It’s the perfect addition to my usual cardio. Using a reformer, I find that I work muscles deeper by getting the “shakes”. The instructors are fantastic-correcting form, yet being super encouraging. This class can feel like a 50 minute plank, but you walk away feeling very accomplished! I was hooked after my first intro class and have been a 4x/month pass holder ever since!

PLNK studio is a very uplifting and challenging experience. I take many yoga and pilate classes of all levels but this class, however, is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences. I noticed after 3 visits that I could see real changes and results. The Lagree method is challenging but it is so worth it.

I honestly love everything about PLNK! I took Brooke’s class for the first time yesterday, as I was putting this whole thing off for a while. Going in I thought it would be a decent workout, something to where I could break a sweat and change up my routine. Coming out - I could barely walk. One of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time! Core and legs were torched.
Brooke was very engaging, encouraging and challenging with everyone in class. Overall great experience- I will definitely be coming back!

It is a difficult workout! I feel so strong after I'm finished. I also love that each and every moment of that class is explicitly instructed. I feel like I'm really getting my money's worth because of that. At other places you pay money and they give you the workout on a piece of paper and you're expected to do it on your own. I love PLNK because the instructors are always instructing and also aren't afraid to tell you if you're not doing the move quite right. They are motivating and challenging all at the same time.
The studio itself is clean and in a convenient location in the Central West End.

This place is amazing! - From the instructors, to the workout, and the entire environment! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed and educated on what to expect during the class and how to get the MOST out of my workout.
I've never had a workout like one I had at PLNK before. The entire 50 minutes my body was challenged and pushed to the max, and I've never felt so strong.
I had Harlee as my instructor and she was incredible!
She was EXTREMELY motivating, attentive, caring and always ready to help with each movement. I HIGHLY recommend checking PLNK CWE out and definitely taking a class with Harlee! You won't regret it! I can't wait to come back for another workout!
