Welcome to Prana! At Prana we give you space to be you. Whether experiencing lifestyle changes, recovering from an injury or living with a chronic condition, Prana Yoga can become an integral part of your healing process. We are here to help you breathe deep and slow down. We will hold space for you to be you.
With a variety of classes(heated and non heated) to meet your needs, we give you the space to reflect, move your body and try new things in a safe and friendly environment.
Our Instructors encourage people of all ages and abilities to create their own practice. They are driven to create a personalized experience to successfully unlock your full potential by providing modifications and detailed instructions.

This is my third year at Prana Yoga. I love it. Cathy, the owner, is always providing special deals on punchcards to make it affordable. She offers many different types of yoga classes with excellent instructors. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. You donβt have to be a pro to start yoga. Their guidance is excellent. I feel better after class and proud of myself when I accomplish a pose or balance posture. I gather strength from my fellow yogiβs, physically and emotionally. Thank you Cathy and staff for helping me to continue to grow in my practice.

Love love Prana! I have so enjoyed and experienced most of the classes offered, but of course I have my favorites. Instructors are engaging, dedicated and motivating which is so important. It is definitely an exercise program that has benefits all around and been great for me personally!

Wonderful studio that is so warm and accepting for someone brand new to yoga. I was looking for a great complement to my running. I am just so amazed with the incredible increase in body tone, balance, core strength and relaxed breathing that I have gained after 4 weeks.

Prana yoga is both relaxing and inviting . The staff is friendly. They are quick to respond to any questions I have via email or phone call. I especially love when the yogi instructors educate us on the benefits of the poses and where to focus on when stretching and breathing.

I love coming here. I can only come on the weekends because I work out of town, but the environment is incredibly welcoming, people are helpful and friendly, and the staff is skilled and knowledgeable. Prana made me really enjoy yoga again and to actively seek out opportunities to do it. I truly appreciate Prana.
