Adam is an exceptional trainer. I found him through a personal recommendation after other gyms and physical therapy sessions failed to help me through a shoulder injury. He's helped improve my pain, identify weaknesses and set up a plan to continue to see growth and improvement. He's very knowledgeable and makes my time in the gym enjoyable.

Adam is very different from every other trainer I've worked with. So many are focused on your physical appearance, which I understand - that's an end goal for many of us. But Adam focuses on the whole person and puts more emphasis on movement, pain relief, and longevity. For me, that's took a lot of the pressure out of it...that feeling that I'm not "performing" because the only measure is a change in appearance. And that allowed me to get more consistent...to not get frustrated and quit...to just keep showing up because I feel so much better. And 10 months later, I'm still motivated to show up and I'm starting to see muscles where I haven't in a long time. I highly recommend working with Adam. (And there is so much I didn't even cover here, so at least schedule that consultation to find out all the ways he can help.)

Adam has been great! He’s helped a ton with getting back to a healthier version of myself. After going through chemotherapy and losing a lot of muscle mass and the ability to activate my muscles he’s helped me find the muscles and helped me figure out how to activate them again. My stability and flexibility has improved tremendously! He has also been a great motivator!

Adam is the best! I've had shoulder problems for years from playing football and rugby and have tried everything including tradition physical therapy and strength training to overcome these injuries. Adam is the first person I've trained with that actually helped improve my functionality, mobility, and confidence in my shoulder in order to keep playing rugby and most importantly, play it as close to pain-free as possible! I can't say enough about Adam and the knowledge he brings and the compassion he has for his clients. Top shelf person!

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Adam in a transitional time in my life and as a bodybuilder in pursuit of my IFBB pro card.
