I want to give a HUGE shout out to my friend/trainer Calvin....since I've known him he has ALWAYS been a great person and very passionate/dedicated about what he does. I am very much overweight but he doesn't judge, he just gets to work on how to get you where you want/need to be. I am personally grateful for his kindness and his "meeting you where you are" approach! Love this place! Calvin and Lori are so genuine and create an environment where you get one on one training and coaches who pay attention to detail and correct form. The workouts are different each day and are designed for gaining strength and reducing body fat. As I have gotten older it’s important that I continue to gain strength but also do it correctly. I am confident Calvin is leading me correctly. I love the way it feels like family when I am there. Everyone is so welcoming and positive. I never dread going in and I can’t wait to see where this leads me!

I have been working out at Primetime since the very end of Aug. 2023 and I have seen some amazing results. From my all time heaviest weight, I have lost 40 lbs. I have lost 4 or more inches from my bust, waist and hips. I feel better than I have in years. Calvin and Lori have been amazing to work with. Making sure we have correct form so we do not get hurt. Calvin also helped immensely with my nutrition to put me on the weight loss path. I have now included working out as part of my daily routine. I don’t typically write reviews but this experience with Calvin has been awesome. I went with my daughter to meet Calvin and I ended up joining as well. I lost 35 ponds and feel amazing. You don’t ever feel overwhelmed and everything seems planned out for your personal agendas. It’s a process and a commitment , trust the process and you will achieve your goals. This place is the best! I'm 4 weeks into my 6 week program with Calvin and Prime Time Fitness and I feel better than ever. Calvin has shown me and explained to me very specific reasons how to strengthen the weak points I had and I am improving every single day. I’ve really enjoyed the free 6 week challenge at PrimeTime Fitness. I’ve heard other gyms say ‘up to 6 weeks free’ but they have stipulations like losing 20lbs or 5% body fat. I wasn’t looking to lose weight but gain muscle and strength. PrimeTime asked that I commit to 3 days a week, be open to nutrition suggestions/adjustments based on logging my meals and checking in consistently with my trainer. They do offer group circuit classes but also focus on small group strength training. The trainers are open to feedback and will made modifications to meet the needs of everyone in the class. That 1:1 attention to every client’s goals really makes THE difference and why PrimeTime is an expert in personal training.

I just recently started working out at PrimeTime with the classes and personal training with Calvin Banks. I’m so thankful I switched to PrimeTime! I love the smaller, more intimate atmosphere here. They keep classes smaller so You get a lot of one on one attention. Calvin is truly an amazing trainer. He always has an exercise for me to try that challenges me where I’m weak. I tell him if there’s something not feeling right and he quickly adjusts what exercise I’m doing. He tailors my workouts specific to me and reaching my goals of getting quicker, faster & stronger. If you are making a conscious choice to get rid of your Dad-Bod, I most highly recommend talking with Calvin at PrimeTime in St. Peters. I’ve tried all the trendy fitness classes and over-spent on gym memberships. And, I always had the same problem: I wasn’t held accountable, there wasn’t measurable proof of my results over time, and I’d get bored and “phone it in.” But, NOT at PrimeTime! We hammered out a reasonable training plan and I use the meal plan app, where I tracked EVERY meal for the last few months. Calvin has an extensive knowledge of physiology and weight training, so I felt safe doing each exercise. If my low back wasn’t cooperating, or my hamstrings were barking, we could substitute exercises real-time on the PrimeTime App. The results speak for themselves. I looked like a 48-year-old pear on popsicle sticks in late October, weighing a doughy 188 pounds. I got down to 180 when I started at PrimeTime, and today I hit my goal of 168 pounds. It’s possible that I can now fit in my old Navy flight suit! Make the choice to try PrimeTime. You’ll work hard and be accountable, and that’s what has made the difference for me! For years, I worked out because I knew I needed to exercise. Since being a member of PrimeTime, I work out because I enjoy it and look forward to my workout sessions. The trainers at PrimeTime are excellent. They focus on form so I don’t get hurt and perform the exercise to work the muscles it was intended to work. They also do a great job of pushing me to do a little more in order to achieve more. I am stronger now than I have ever been and I am in my 50’s. The trainers also help me focus on proper nutrition which I have always struggled with. This gym is more expensive than your typical gym but it is so worth the extra attention, motivation, and results you get.

Prime Time (PT) has been an excellent overall experience. After menopause hit and the weight came on, I was really struggling to get it off on my own. The programs PrimeTime trainers have put in place have helped me achieve much results and have kept my weight manageable and maintained. PrimeTime is like a small family, along with down-to-earth, encouraging trainers. The one-on-one instruction received during the small group classes still feels personal as the trainers are always pushing you, helping you with form, and answering any questions. Over the years I have been a member of several gyms in the area ranging from cardio-boxing to small group classes and personal training. PrimeTime addresses all of the gaps that I missed in other gyms and programs. They have many small group class options with times that fit into my busy working-mom schedule. They have thoughtful strength programming where I am motivated to get stronger because I can track my progress over time in their user-friendly app. I have enjoyed watching the numbers go up over the last 4 months. I have been lucky enough to consistently train with Calvin, who knows my personal goals and often fine tunes the scheduled strength programs to optimize for my personal benefit. I have also benefited from nutritional coaching - and while I didn't have specific weight loss goals, I have seen my fat % drop by 5% over the last 3 months - a nice benefit! My favorite part of working out at PrimeTime is how easy it is to stay consistent - the workouts are efficient - no too much but not too easy.

Hands down, favorite gym in the area - I absolutely love it here!! I’ve been coming to PrimeTime for about 3 months now, and have seen incredible results already! The PT trainers are insanely knowledgeable, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. They are 100% dedicated to making sure each and every client is successful in reaching their goals, and they know how to make your body work efficiently with proper nutrition + exercise! The small group classes allow each person to work at their own pace, and the trainers focus on proper form while giving a gentle push when needed! Every exercise is demonstrated as they explain which muscle groups you’re working. Nice variety of CLEAN equipment, workouts vary daily, and a family-friendly environment. I am completely impressed. Coming in just to discuss what they do. You can tell they are just as determine to get you where you want to be as you are wanting for change. I had no doubt about that. They go over workout plans, nutrition, and finance as well. And what makes it better they will work with you on what you can do. On Aug 16, 2021, I signed up for the Primetime Fitness' Free 21 day Program. I was told I would have a trainer to help me during the classes. I had class on Aug 16, 19, 23, and 27. I was injured during class on Aug 27th due to no explanation of several exercises as well as improper amount of weights. Over the next 3 days, my pain increased which caused me to be taken to the ER on Aug 30th in excruciating pain and the inability to breathe. I alerted Calvin numerous times regarding the pain I was in and the treatment I was receiving. I also told him about the costs I was expending. Primetime needs to take better precautions with individuals who join their Gym when they have not exercised in a long time or do not know the proper weight to use or how to do a particular exercise. It cost me and my insurance $6085.56 since I had to go the ER, etc. To say the least, I am not happy with Primetime.

I'm in my 60s and not in good shape. PrimeTime worked with me personally to provide training at my pace. I was able to train twice a week, working with a trainer and six people or fewer. Nick is a wonderful trainer, very professional, and was willing to adapt exercises for my level. I can't say enough about how nice everyone is there. Don't be afraid to try PrimeTime. PrimeTime is just what I needed! I have struggled with my weight for about 10 years. The super knowledgeable coaches and trainers provide the encouragement and accountability I need to stay on track and motivated. I've been going for about a month and I'm making real progress. It was hard when I first started, but as I get stronger and more confident, the classes have become something I really look forward too. I like that they use the 3D Fit scanner. I am easily discouraged by the scale, but being albe to see my body fat percent go down, and my lean mass go up is encouraging (even though it was a little intimidating the first time). The environment is welcoming as there are people of all fitness levels there (most importantly, like me) encouraging each other. Highly recommend this gym for anyone that is ready to make a positive change in their lives.

I really enjoy my training at PrimeTime. The owner and clientele are a pleasure to work with, especially in these trying “Covid” times. I learned many new techniques in weight lifting and toning. Cameron (owner) has a very thorough and organized set of apps that include daily at home exercise routines, a daily gym workout program, appointment schedule (for consults/personal training etc) as well as videos that show you how an exercise is done. PrimeTime was an absolute oasis during the COVID-19 epidemic. While the bigger box gyms were closed, my girlfriend found out about Primetime and how it was a controlled atmosphere to safely work out. There are more bottles of disinfectants at this gym than most public schools have in one building.

Quality equipment is well kept, bathrooms always cleaned, hot showers, and a judgement free atmosphere. Unfortunately I didn't get to work with Cameron 1 on 1, but he really seems like someone who will go the extra mile to help anyone. Great music playing as well so headphones can be optional here.

I have been working out dedicated for 5 years with the goal of just being able to push weights. But COVID put a halt on my mental get away. I also transitioned careers during the same period and it was a real mess. After dealing with things mentally as we all were, I was ready to come back to a gym after 43 days off. I couldn't of asked for a better place to reevaluate my fitness goals and start over with a clear head.

So for that, I thank you PrimeTime for being the help I needed to restart.

This is a fantastic little gym with unique equipment you don't usually find in the big box gyms. It's currently appointment only but they use an app for you to easily schedule your gym time. I found PrimeTime when COVID19 hit, and my big box gym closed. They were incredibly nimble in creating a custom offer to ensure distancing and cleanliness, which was inclusive even of those who were not already members.

The communications via text were an appreciated value add, and the people were friendly, helpful and I found it to be a very welcoming atmosphere.

The gym itself has weights, Rower, and all of the “toys” to do body weight, HIIT, plyo, and sled workouts.

PrimeTime comes highly recommended. Over the past few years due to moving and work I've had a number of personal trainers and gyms -- large gyms (casual), small 1:1 private gyms (expensive), online trainers (long distance / high quality trainers are $$$$$ with limited availability for 1:1 and restricted to video calls).

It's a smaller gym with a casual atmosphere where you don't have to worry about crowds and waiting for free equipment, without the costliness of other dedicated private training gyms. It's a flexible customized workout plan allowing my own workouts at home, on my own time, with my own equipment - to supplement the 1:1 face time and any group training in the gym. Also, has the other features I look for online with app/phone support and workout/diet logging that goes along with my OCD to keep motivated and accountable.

PrimeTime (Cameron) is IMO a perfect mix of all that I liked of the previous trainers and workout plans in one place without a lot of the negatives.

Cameron is one the best trainers that I’ve had, people want and need different things and I’ve seen Cameron work successful with all of them : people in competition, people who want to tone, people who just want to loose, people with injuries. I appreciate that because other trainers have injured me lifting and not knowing or caring what they were working with. Awesome place to train. All aspects of training are discussed with alternatives suggested as needed based on personal needs. This place is awesome! Cameron the owner is super knowledgeable. I've been going for one month now, and I was already pretty active but this month I've lost 5 lbs and 1.5% BF. I had issues with shoulder pain with a lot of different exercises but Cameron pretty much fixed them all by helping me improve my form. Also, there's usually a really cute dog there. :)
