I’ve been working out at Propel for the last 12 months, and it’s been an overall great experience. The classes have been excellent, the trainers always extremely supportive and encouraging, and the atmosphere is perfect. I am substantially stronger across the board and the personalized attention from the trainers ensures correct form with flexibility to adjust based on injuries.

Our family has been going to Propel for 2 years now. Isaiah and Shae are fantastic owners and will train and guide any level of fitness ability. The workouts are very challenging and you will get results if you stick with it. The gym becomes part of your family over time as you become good friends with the members. I’m 55 and as strong as I was in my late 20’s. It is weight focused with cardio in a 40 minute to 1 hour workout.

This may sound extreme, but Propel Fitness group classes have changed my life. I’ve been a member for many years now and I love how much stronger I am today, from when I first started my workout routine. The members are all so supportive and amazing. I highly recommend this gym.

It’s true for most gyms and fitness centers that you get out of it what you put into it. What sets Propel Fitness apart from the majority is the evident intentionality of the owners. This facility is clean and well maintained, safe and secure, and full of great fitness resources be it trainers or equipment. As a member here I have benefited from said intentionality of the staff. Special shoutout to Isaiah (owner), his positivity and cheer has done more for my personal fitness goals than protein powder and pre workout. You rock man 🤙🏼

Isaiah and Shea have built an incredible community. It’s instantly noticeable from the very first time you step inside these two genuinely care for their members and their community.
I’ve shown up for a couple Thursday group sessions and haven’t met a stranger yet. Everyone is welcoming and genuinely having a good time becoming better.

I have been going to Propel for about 6 months. For an older guy, I admit I had reservations. Also, I have some orthopedic challenges which raised my doubts as well. Anyway, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Isaiah and Shay are wonderful people and have made me feel at home. I am still getting up in years (75 this year) and probably am one of their older clients but if you are retirement age, and want to do something to improve how you feel, I enthusiastically suggest Propel. It is not the “fountain of youth,” but it will make you feel better about where you are in life.

I have been a member of Propel Fitness Center since day one. They just do all things right. The group workouts are unmatched, and the personal training is in high demand. I have had no injuries and feel so healthy and strong. In addition, the members, owners, manager and trainers are knowledgeable, fun and just good people. I’ve tried to make working out a habit my entire adult life and it wasn’t until finding Propel Fitness Center that it actually happened. Having access to trainers who can make sure you’re doing movements properly, having the work outs planned for you, having a community with coaches who make a point to remember your name and get to know you personally has made all the difference. I love this place!

I have always been intimidated by the gym setting, and especially so after my accident that left me with a permanent disability. I have eased myself into personal training with Sara, who absolutely gives me the confidence I need to continue on my hard days. The gym is small and has a family vibe as you see the same people day in and day out. You will always be greeted by the owners….whether it’s a high-five, hello, good job today or just making sure you are getting the most out of your workout. I highly recommend Propel to anyone!

Shea and Isaiah have established a great gym for any fitness level and any body type. I love that this gym pushes you to keep exploring new personal records and weights. Each day focuses on a specific workout usually starting with strength then going into more of a circuit type of workout. The music is always fun and the energy is always loving and outgoing. I love the class times and how the instructors always show you the moves before each class begins!

READ THIS! I am NOT a cross-fitter, this was my first time coming to this kind of a workout. Isaiah infused his positive energy in our group of 8 dentists from across the country (6am workout). I was very hesitant to say the least (probably like you if you’re reading this). I am also nursing a separated shoulder and Isaiah tailored my workout to beat me up without aggravating my shoulder. Isaiah’s the man. Do yourself a favor and show up. THANK YOU. Highly highly recommend.
