I joined Pure Barre Des Peres mostly due to location. I did not know anyone or anything much about the facility. I was so pleasantly surprised by the challenge of the work out, the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and how easy it was to fit right in to a group of people that were very welcoming and have over almost 3 years now become good friends. You immediately support and motivate one another and the plus is that you do not have to worry about the weather outside because this is an indoor activity! I look forward to attendance of approximately four times a week and more if I can fit it in my schedule. The motivation to sign the bar based on the number of classes you attend is addicting! Lol!

I can’t imagine ever working out anywhere but PBDP. You will not find a more welcoming environment or better team of teachers than here. The workouts are difficult, but very do able. You will definitely work up a sweat every single class. I am far from being coordinated or β€œfit” and I feel very comfortable at PBDP. There is zero judgement here and lots of positivity/encouragement.

I got a promo code for a free trial class and, not knowing what to expect, I signed up for the class alone. I typically hate workout classes of any type, especially when it's a brand new concept. Kate Hannon was the instructor for my class and made the whole experience very welcoming!! She continually helped me perfect each move throughout the class and gave pointers on how to modify them if I was feeling strained. I definitely recommend this workout for anyone who's looking for something new in their routine!
