I started working out 6 months ago with the goal of working on my stability and conditioning. I have seen my expectations blown out of the water and have progressed faster than I thought I would. Each work out was thoughtfully put together to ensure that I not only feel comfortable with what I'm doing, but to push me beyond what I thought I could do. Sirish's knowledge of fitness borders on encyclopedic. His attention to detail is incredible, making minute adjustments to your form maximizing the effort you put in to each lift. He is very diligent about us doing each exercise properly so it is effective. My husband is handicapped and I have a bad knee, so our workouts are individualized. Sirish is the most educated, creative and experienced trainer very knowledgeable to work with to make sure to reach your goals in shortest time possible, my son loves to play soccer so he needed to improve his technique, speed, coordination, and become stronger, so he has been training with Sirish once a week for a couple of weeks, and we can see his progress.

Sirish is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. I started my journey years ago and have not only struggled to get in shape, but stay in shape as well. After not making much progress with my last trainer, I started working with Sirish about a year ago. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and somehow fun whether I'm in the mood for it or not. I'm pretty feisty/mouthy and he takes it in stride to keep me on track. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen major improvements in my ability to do core exercises, weight lifting & cardio. He tailors each workout to my needs and no two sessions are the same. I find I actually look forward to my workouts, which is not something I thought I would ever say about any physical activity.

Importantly:

– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I used to have major hamstring and hip issues during cardio/running and that is nearly gone.

– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

Bottom line: Sirish and his training program are two of the best things I discovered in Kansas City. He is professional, intelligent, and ultimately effective. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional training.

I am a soldier with over a decade of service and I met Sirish after recovering from an injury. I came to him with three goals: 1) re-prepare for the ACFT, 2) improve my overall fitness, and 3) help me get built like Captain America. While #3 is still a work I progress, Sirish blew the first two goals out of the water. Sirish not only helped increase my ACFT score by 50 points, he did so while accounting for my injury and refining my fundamentals. He was willing to work with my shifting schedule and always took time to explain his methodology. He corrected bad habits, provided nutritional advice, and taught new fitness techniques. While I am leaving Kansas City, I plan to continue working with Sirish via the Trainerize APP.
