Our focus at Rebellion is to help members fall in love with exercise and feel truly connected with their bodies. We accomplish this by utilizing techniques and practices inspired by movement-based therapies such as Yoga and Pilates. We are also the only Animal Flow gym in Missouri, which is a new form of bodyweight training that also greatly improves mobility, power, and endurance. Whether you have hit roadblocks in your journey due to previous injuries, lack of knowledge or enjoyment- Rebellion has something for you. In addition to group classes, we also offer private and semi-private training, as well as assisted stretching.

I had had pain in my left hip for months and had figured that perhaps it was just part of my life now! However, I found out from doing Strength classes with Taylor that working to strengthen my muscles was the key. It’s awesome to feel stronger and be without pain! I enjoy Taylor’s classes because she never allows me to do my minimum but I feel pushed in an encouraging way. She also always makes sure that all moves are done with correct form.

I went to Taylor after having a spinal fusion and struggling through a recovery over several years. Not only did Taylor help get me back to feeling great, she helped me surpass my fitness goals. She is knowledgeable, cares, and makes every time you go to her gym a great time. I recommend her to anyone looking for an unbelievable instructor and looking to join an incredible community at her gym!

Have been working with Taylor for 2 years now. Found with ClassPass, started with yogaLates. Transitioned to 1:1 strength through my pregnancy. Now rotate between group strength, yogaLates, pilates strength. Love love love her classes. She also has so many other classes I still need to try (animal flow, kettlebell flow, rope flow, yoga). I have never been more confident in my form and have never been/felt stronger. Taylor fosters great environment in classes to speak up if something doesn’t feel right or if not feeling muscles you’re supposed to. She also keeps a close eye on your form with every exercise and provides corrective feedback to enhance workout while increasing safety. She has such an amazing understanding of the human body and is always looking for fun ways to improve workouts. She has tons of strength equipment to get great, full body exercises. She also fosters community through monthly events and member check ins. If you are looking for a gym based on personal connection and true understanding of form while working out, Rebellion is the place!!

Strength training 1:1 and going to Animal Flow classes has completely changed my body. I feel and look the best I ever have. It’s hard to articulate my gratitude for all of Taylor’s effort... I send all my massage clients to her to fix imbalances in their bodies. Highly recommend as a personal trainer and movement coach. Thanks Taylor!!

Taylor is so educated and knowledgeable. I work out and felt stiff and animal flow really opened me back up after years of desk sitting and driving. Yogalates is also phenomenal for connecting the mind to body and giving attention to opposing muscle groups. I learned that our bodies take shortcuts and can favor one hamstring in the group instead of recruiting all the hamstring muscles. Doing those movements right really wakes your body up to moving differently throughout the day.

I started working with Taylor after a knee injury, and she’s been nothing short of amazing. Not only did she get me back to skiing in no time, but she has also completely transformed my mobility, flexibility, and strength. Taylor creates personalized plans tailored to your specific needs, focusing on areas that truly matter to your body.
Over the past year, she has helped me identify and strengthen my weaknesses, retraining my muscles to work more effectively. Her thoughtful approach to fitness goes beyond just working out—she educates you on how your muscles function and how to optimize your movements.
The results have been incredible: my core strength, flexibility, and overall muscle performance are on a whole new level. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who listens, adapts, and truly invests in your progress, Taylor is the one. Highly recommend!

I did a 1 hour personal session with Taylor today, and look forward to popping in regularly for group strength training and yogalates soon! I highly recommend the personal session to see if this is your thing. Taylor is so generous with her knowledge, and does an amazing job supporting you through your workout.

Taylor has the skill set to truly help you feel better within your body. The different techniques between pilates, animal flow and weight lifting truly make my body feel not only functional, but rejuvenated every time I leave the studio. If you’re sore or hurt, she modifies moves to build the muscles around the issue to get you back to normal. You will not regret investing in your health when you train with Taylor because she will not disappoint!

In the year and a half I have been in St. Louis, I have tried a number of gyms and studios in the city. None of them can hold a candle to working with Taylor. I came to her with a couple of injuries and she managed to resolve them within the first couple of sessions. I feel amazing after every workout with her and I look forward to our sessions. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more informed than I have with any other trainer. Her knowledge of physiology and anatomy as well as her patience and willingness to teach make every session fun and engaging. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner.

A gem in the city. St. Louis is lucky to have this level expertise for body meets mind. Taylor, the owner, is so intuitive and just understands what your body needs at that same time challenges you enough to want more. This is not a “burn out” fitness model, this is real. My body has moved in ways Iv never felt. If you’re ready for a truthful journey with fitness Rebellion is IT.

Taylor uses her wealth of knowledge to create fun and interesting workouts. She is always able to tailor workouts to how my body feels that day and mixes it up with animal flow, pilates, and strength training.

Coach Burch helps make the often challenging animal flow movements accessible to the beginner. By explaining and demonstrating the body mechanics involved in each movement, she helps you move at your pace, keeping it fun along the way. Highly recommended!
