This is a gem of a gym! It is simply packed with modern machines and a great variety of equipment that will suit everyone's workout style! Spacious, clean, and inviting, the first floor boasts Lifefitness and Hammer Strength equipment for resistance and cardio training.

There is a stair mill and climbing machine, as well as a rower, and ellipticals, and recumbant bikes on the main floor.

There is also a room containing a complete set of pneumatic, light resistance machines for a no-adjustment needed, full-body circuit.

Upstairs, there are stationary bikes and treadmills with a view, in addition to a padded walking path and large and bright group exercise room! The stairs are equipped with a lift for folks in need of assistance with climbing stairs.

The locker rooms are clean and tidy, and I even received a free t-shirt with my membership! Amy is a good communicator, and the gym is open 24/7, which I love. Excellent fitness center for anyone!

Recently got a member ship here and oh my gosh this place is awesome! A lot of good equipment and the bathrooms are always clean one on top and bottom!! They even have a chair on the stairs just in case someone needs help going up and down. The reason it's 4 stars though is because I could not find some equipment that I wanted to use but other than that it's an awesome place 9/10
