Gym is perfect for my needs. Not too busy, the way I like it. Always clean, although sometimes paper towels run out on the weekends to wipe down machines. Price is just right. Close to home.

The gym has a great hometown feel! However, I think that it’s lacking some equipment. The new Webb City location is DECKED out! I’ve also been to the Carthage location and it has EVERYTHING as well. I feel like the CJ location is very lacking in comparison.

Glad to have a gym that is so close. There are classes that are free to join. There is plenty of equipment for lifting and cardio. The bathroom and locker area is plenty roomy. The new manager (Caleb) seems to be very passionate about the job and keeping the gym a great place to workout.

I like this gym. It's clean, it has a wide variety of equipment to use, too. The machines are in good working order, and if one goes down it's fixed fairly quick. I would recommend that if you're looking for a gym to join or would like to switch gyms, I would strongly consider this one.

SO HAPPY THIS GYM OPENED IN OUR AREA! It’s right down the road and truly is an amazing gym! They really involve the community with different classes. I also love how open the gym is! I have been a member since the gym opened. I am 70 years old. I go 5-6 days a week. It is very clean, everyone is nice & there are a lot of machines & weights to use
They also have classes & trainers. I highly recommend Rise Fitness.

Update: I love the 5:15 AM HIIT Class with Ela! If you are ever wondering if you will fit in, no more wondering, we love to have ne comers and we make everyone feel welcome! Great place to get in your daily workout! I can run up there at lunch and get in a quick solo workout or I can join a class like HIIT or Zumba. Professional, friendly staff and instructors!
