Our small community is very fortunate to have a facility of this class. Liptical machines, treadmills, indoor rubber walking track, and a wide variety of stationary machines. Free weights along with cable workouts available. Aerobic exercise equipment along with a full size basketball gym makes this a great place to be happy and healthy. Affordable memberships single or family join today and thank yourself tomorrow. Pickle ball Wednesday night from 5-7

This is such a great facility to have in Memphis, lots of cardio equipment and a great weight room, as well as a fantastic gym. It’s always clean. When we come back to visit family, it’s a great option to have for a weeklong membership when we’re in town.
