Shred415 is an instructor-led, calorie burning, high intensity interval training class divided into intervals for the most effective workout, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. Instead, we empower you to work at your own level and speed so that you can gradually push to your next level. We’ll alternate between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts. Your instructor will be there every step of the way, creating personalized modifications to help you get the most out of your workout.

I have become a SHRED415 fanatic! It is the perfect morning workout that incorporates cardio and weight training all within an hour to accomodate a busy work week. Everyone is focused on their own workout and the instructors offer modified workout options depending on your fitness level. SHRED415 also offers sculpt and weight training only classes if your are just interested in toning without the cardio.
Big shout out to their new manager Kelsey K! SHRED415 is a workout class I would have never been introduced to on my own and now I'm their #1 fan!

Shred 415 is a phenomenal option for anyone looking to move your body and feel better doing so. Get over the hurdle of the first few classes and you’ll be hooked. My wife recently started joining in as well and we’re thankful for the great kid room to take care of our munchkins while we workout together. Just do it.

I’ve been shredding for over 2 years now at Shred415 STL. I love the energy of the instructors and the workouts. I used to focus mainly on cardio and needed the push to do strength. I feel so much stronger and it has truly helped my running and other cardio activities. I love the traditional class format, but also have taken classes that focused solely on strength as well as Shred Sculpt, and love those too!

I've had an amazing experience at Shred415, and I'm really grateful they've been so welcoming to me throughout my pregnancy. The workouts are challenging, but easily adaptable, and the instructors are incredibly supportive. All of the instructors are wonderful- Chloé is one of my favorites. She brings great energy and has made sure I feel strong and safe during her classes during my pregnancy.

After taking over 800 classes at Shred 415, I can confidently say this is the best workout I’ve ever experienced—and I’ve tried a lot! The workouts are both challenging and empowering, leaving you feeling accomplished and energized. Plus, they’re easily modified to suit any fitness level. I was able to continue working out until the day I gave birth, thanks to their thoughtful and effective modifications.
The facility is always spotless, well-organized, and inviting. The front desk and childcare staff are consistently warm, attentive, and friendly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in.
The instructors are truly exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and encouraging. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel like part of the Shred 415 community. What really makes Shred great are their instructors. They make classes fun and I actually look forward to going instead of dreading the gym. One instructor I am obsessed with is Ann Cohen!! Her classes are tough and just when you think about quitting she motivates you to keep going. You will never see me in the gym on leg day unless it is Ann teaching. 🫶

Love the workouts at Shred! I usually go to the classes on Friday or Saturday with Calli and it’s always great! She brings great energy, switches up the workouts from week to week, adjusts exercises to my needs and always pushes me to go harder. The concept of switching between walking / running and exercising on the floor makes time go by super fast and I’m always exhausted but it’s fun at the same time! Highly recommend!

Ann C is such a great instructor-very enthusiastic, motivating and challenging, if you haven’t tried her class sign up today! Natalie and Chloe are not only great motivators but have killer playlists. Carrie is a lifelong runner and not only brings that insight but mind/body insight from being a yoga instructor. After 10+ years of no consistent workouts I decided to give Shred a chance. I was convinced I wouldn't be able to finish the first class, but I did! All the instructors make accommodations so matter where you are on your workout journey you can keep up. Chloe and Natalie have been especially great when making reminders on form during exercises- time flies and I have left every workout feeling great! The online app makes it really easy to sign up for classes and see the schedule. So happy I gave it a try!

I used to be of the mindset that gym memberships were too expensive for something I could do on my own. Well, I’ve been an unlimited member at Shred415 for over a year now, attending classes a minimum of 3 times per week, with no intention of stopping! I still train on my own the rest of the week, but this is a great complement to my other workouts. I love the tread intervals and can really see and feel the impact of the strength workouts. The classes are really challenging, the instructors are fantastic, and the time flies by. This is a great place to get an amazing workout!!

I have always loved to visit Shred 415! Shred 415 is more than just a workout to me. I feel like the instructors really care about their students! I remember some years ago when I was having some difficulties around the holiday season. I was able to go to a class on Christmas day! This really helped me to get through the day! I’m bummed b/c it’s a great work out but the child care situation was so poor. I left my 3 year old for an hour with a staff member in their play room. He was the only child in there. The staff member put on a tv show and got on her laptop. When I finished the work out and came into the room and it was evident that my child had a blowout diaper and was sitting in it for some time. When I asked if there was a good place to change him she said “I’m not sure…” and then left the room. When I changed him I noticed he had poop all over pants, the sleeves of his shirt, etc. it was a true mess…when I asked him if he tried to communicate with the woman in charge he said “she had to work”. I’m sad because the staff member could not have been less enthused to be around my kid- I wasn’t expecting the highest caliber of care but it’s evident his needs were not being met. I won’t be back.

Where to begin! I went to my first Shred class a little over a year ago. No running experience and no group class experience, but I would consider myself well versed in weight lifting. They made me feel right at home and so comfortable. I had to take a slight hiatus while some nasty shin splints healed up but I'm back and about to hit my 50th class. I highly highly recommend Shred 415 to anyone... no matter your fitness level. The instructors are amazing and really hype you up. They give you modifications if something is too challenging but really just encourage you to keep moving! Again I consider myself a fit person, but these classes really pushed me into that next realm. I finally feel heart and lung healthy. The classes are definitely challenging, but as one of my favorite instructors (Nikki) says "You can do hard things!". 15/10 check out Shred 415!!

I absolutely LOVE Shred415! The culture, style of workout, and group of instructors at this gym is amazing! I love the well-rounded balance of strength and cardio, and always leave dripping in sweat and feeling empowered. I am a long term member, and they have done an incredible job of transitioning to a socially distant and COVID-friendly atmosphere. The studio feels spotless and so clean each time you enter a class, and very smart protocols have been put in place to keep everyone feeling comfortable. I couldn't recommend Shred more!

Shred is my favorite fitness studio in St. Louis! It’s something I missed greatly from my routine when the pandemic started. I was so happy they offered live stream classes (now on demand) and was eager to try it out when they reopened. They have many precautions in place and have adapted to new standards of safety, including temperature checks, screenings prior to class, spatially distanced workout equipment that is only used by you during class, etc. Same high quality coaches that provide constant encouragement throughout their challenging workouts!

I love working out here! It is always a challenging workout and I'm just sore enough the next day. The instructors are teaching each and every minute of class. I love that I don't have to keep the time or the number of reps for myself. Experienced instructors who will keep it challenging and encourage you all the way through! Bonus if you can make it to class with Sarah or Chloé's (I've never had a bad instructor but they are my faves!)

Awesome 60 minute workout. Alternates between treadmill and floor work. The workouts always vary, the music is great, and the instructors are very friendly and attentive!
