Brad runs an awesome gym with a great mix of energy, professionalism, and community. The space is clean, the equipment is always in working order with everything you need for a successful workout. The environment is also very welcoming—no ego, just good people trying to succeed at whatever goal they have.

Lots of parking, Good equipment selection, Inside is always clean with multiple cleaning stations. No music which keeps me on track and focused being able to use headphones. Overall a great place to get in/ stay in shape.

I’ve been to every gym in nixa and sadly this is the worst. If you are serious about weightlifting, this place lacks even the essentials. No place to deadlift, not even a free weight bench press. You will be limited to smith machine and other cheap machines.

Real shame. If you want a real gym check out the anytime fitness. Similar concept but about triple the equipment and more clean. The community center is also great if you want something a bit simpler.

Very clean and safe!!! The staff is all very kind, polite and helpful. I have always gotten good vibes from this gym and the equipment is all in great condition. Its never super packed so i can always get a great workout in. I love it!!

Just joined and I absolutely love it! Brad the owner was very helpful. He met us there for our tour and walk through and was there to greet us early. It was not high pressure at all.
The facility is very clean and equipment is all newer equipment. I like that it is 24hr as well. They have free weights and cybex machines. This is not a meat-head type of place lol. If you are looking for a clean, safe (cameras and 24hr surveillance), modern place to work out and get/stay in shape then this is your place.

This gym is nice and quiet. It's not usually crowded. The equipment looks much newer than some of the other gyms around. The building is very well maintained, you can tell that cleanliness is a priority here. Would definitely recommend this gym for a quick workout. It is also a 24/7 Gym!

Been a member of this club for about a month now and let me tell you, I've been loving every moment of every workout! Everyone that comes to this gym is very friendly and is very respectful of the equipment! Most importantly in these uncertain times, I have seen every member clean and sanitize everything and anything they handled after each use! That says a lot in my opinion. Most importantly the chill atmosphere of the gym all starts with it's awesome owner who there when you need him and wants to see you reach your fitness goals! Definitely has me coming back and has my business for sure!

Absolutely the worst owner/customer service I have EVER experienced. I called prior to August and requested my gym membership charge be transferred from a credit card to my debit card. It was the owner I spoke with and he advised it would be taken care of. Approximately 1 week into August I received an email stating I was being charged $50 rather than my standard $32 because I had not yet made a payment. I called again and spoke with the owner, requesting it be charged to my debit card. He had me provide the debit card info to a lady and she stated they would just charge me the normal $32. However, no charge ever appeared on my account. With there being no charge I assumed my account was still listed as delinquent and my gym access would be blocked. Due to my schedule and their limited hours of availability I was unable to contact them the remainder of the month. Then today, September 1st, a charge appeared on my card for $84.38. It encompassed the monthly charge for August, September, and an additional $20 insufficient funds fee. I called the owner immediately (7am) and inquired about the charge. He advised me to call back at 5:30pm when he was in the office and they would look into it. I decided to go to the gym rather than just talk on the phone, however, as I was driving I received a call from the lady who I had provided my debit card info to originally. She inquired into what issues I was having. I stated the before mentioned issues and made the following request. I asked that the $20 fee be waived, and the membership fee for August be waived. I stated I believed this was fair since I had made multiple calls and was advised the card would be charged and it never was. Due to the charge never appearing and my thinking my gym member was locked due to a delinquent balance I had never used the facilities during the month of August, so to be charged seemed very unjustified. The owner stated he would not adjust any fees other than the $20 insufficient fund, he was unwilling to refund the prior months charge because "I had access to the gym wether I knew it or not." He stated they did not charge me sooner because they could due to lack of funds. Which is 100% not true, as my checking account never went below $500 the entire month. He also said it wasn't his fault since he isn't responsible for the running the charges, SNAP is. From there things became heated and he has no issue returning the select words right back at me.....Extremely unprofessional. Obviously has zero concern for his customers and is only it for the paycheck. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM.

Requested 30 day free trial. I was told I didn't qualify but no reason was given. I made numerous attempts to contact the corporate office and was told that someone would contact me. Still have not heard from anyone.

I joined in May and they closed the Nixa location in July. They HAD to have known they were at least considering closing and they could have told me...or not take my $100 sign up fee. I would have paid the monthly fee...but taking $100 fee when they at least had an IDEA they were going to close is ridiculous and unethical.

I sent am email to the company requesting a refund since I had my membership for mere months, but they promptly ignored my request. I got an automatic response and no interaction with a human being.

This is a fly by night gym that will be happy to take your money and then hang you out to dry. Find another gym in your area that is stable. Don't give this company your money.

I have been a member at Snap through several changes in the last year. Changes are always hard but the current manager is great! The club is taking on a new atmosphere and feel and the help I have received is great. I love the website that I can use to help build my workouts and change things up. Thanks Nixa Snap

I had been a member of this Snap Fitness for years. I loved it and continued to be a member until recently. The past owners/managers were great and always friendly and accomodating.

Those owners sold the gym in the summer of '12 and the new owner/manager is none of the things listed above. He is simply there to collect a pay check. Really unfortunate because we really enjoyed that gym and being a member. We have since switched gyms and it has been much more enjoyable. I have been to several Snaps throughout the country, as I travel regularly for work, and I have never ran across one with the lack of customer service and overall atmosphere as this one now pocesses.

As I said, I loved this gym for years. Very unfortunate when businesses get in the hands of the wrong people. I would not recommend, to say the least.
