I can't say enough about this place! My wife and daughters have been taking classes here for about a year and love it! I'm so thrilled to see the boost in self confidence with my daughters, and such excitement from my wife whose former passion was dance. Dani has done a TREMENDOUS job of creating a fun, safe space for ALL to feel welcome!

SAF has an incredibly professional staff and an array of great classes and workshops. I’ve taken multiple classes and workshops and experienced nothing but kindness and respect from every single staff member. The owner & staff hold safety above all- whether it be safely training your muscles or feeling safe in an inclusive environment. A wonderful queer, Latina owned small business that I cannot recommend enough!

I can't recommend this place enough!! ❤️ I first started taking classes at SAF five or six years ago and it was a life changing experience! Daniela is a wealth of knowledge and experience and I truly feel like I couldn't ask for a better aerial instructor. My son and I both have experience with SAF classes and Daniela is an awesome instructor for all ages, making classes fun regardless of student ages while keeping SAFETY as the number one focus. When initially taking classes I was very insecure about my age and physical ability but I'm ever thankful for the opportunities and the growth I've experienced over these years in this studio!!

The place is awesome, the people are awesome, and if you want entertainment, this is the place to go. It might seem grueling, at first, but the rewards achieved, as you suspend in the air, are well worth it.

As a plus sized woman, I don't always feel welcome at movement studios. This is not the case at SAF. You will be welcomed and it will feel safe. The staff is wonderful, patient and firm.
I highly recommend this studio to extend your aerial knowledge

Both my children have done camps, group lessons, and private lessons there. The studio treats them as family, and the training is wonderful! Both have had to overcome struggles and the encouragement and pacing has helped them both greatly.

I have taken a few classes at SAF now, and I have marvelled at the professionalism and passion for their work that every single instructor there has had. If you are serious about learning any arial, pole, or flow art, this is the place to learn how to do it safely, artistically, and proficiently. Highly recommend.

Met my acro community here, and loved all the classes I took. It's rare to find an instructor that places such emphasis on educating in a safe manner that meets you at your level of capabilities.
They really focus on giving students a strong foundation to work off of. Unfortunately I moved to a new state and can't continue classes here, but everything learned in this studio has continued to serve me in my pursuit of health and aerial arts! I've recommended this space to all my friends.

I’ve taken a few floorwork and pole classes here, as well as attended a few flow events hosted by them. Incredibly knowledgeable, teaches skills in a safe way, beautiful environment and policies that made me feel safe and comfortable. Everyone there is there to better themselves in one way or any other and learn something new, the community is very welcoming. Highly recommend! A fun way to learn new skills or just get your body moving regularly. Friendly to any skill level!

I wish I could give a zero. I booked a private class for my bachelorette party that we were all very excited for. Our instructor Daniela was late and from walking into the door was extremely passive aggressive and rude to myself and the participants before we even had gotten ready to start the class. She told me before we started that she was “about to have an anxiety attack and needed to start late to regulate herself”. There is a no spectator policy and my friend had just found out a couple of days before that she was pregnant and would not be able to participate. We explained this and she asked my friend to leave because per their policy there is a no spectator rule while myself and friend were standing by our clothing. My sister asked her why they had that policy and Daniela stated “I’m trying to decide if I’m ok with her staying but I’m about to have a panic attack and do you want me to stand here and trauma dump on you for the next 15 min or what?”. She also told my friend “you are creating an issue for her as I am a woman of color” when we calmly asked about if my friend could stay. At that point we decided to leave as we felt extremely uncomfortable and felt this business was the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal with. Would not recommend ever.

Not impressed with professionalism. Door locked when we arrived and not set up for a class that was pre-paid for. All necessary waivers were already signed, etc. While waiting outside we had to call the studio. After showing up she stated it was her lunch time, not apologizing for being late. Then we continue inside. Not set up no lights or instruction. While I understand that your policy is no spectators. That was not our original intention and didn’t see that in the fine print ahead of time. Circumstances came into play that made one in our group unable to participate. From that point the instructor began victim blaming herself and offering to “trauma dump”. At that point we decided to leave their establishment. Class paid for and no offer of a refund. In fact, she asked us to write a google review.

We arrived to a locked door at the location and had to call the instructor to see where she was. The instructor, Daniela, was late, extremely unprofessional, and passive aggressive before even introducing herself. She announced she was going to have a panic attack and needed to start the class right away. As we were getting ready, she tried to kick one of the girls out of the building. No where in the waiver did it say anything about no spectators, we had a girl in our group who was unable to participate due to high risk pregnancy and she would not allow the class to start with her in the building. She kept saying she was going to have a panic attack and would trauma dump on everyone and had to wait to start the class regardless. She said we were creating an unsafe environment for her as a woman of color when we asked the reason she couldn’t simply watch everyone enjoy the class. At that point, we left. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment.

I took my very first pole class here. the class i was in somehow got overbooked leaving more people than they had poles. the instructor’s solution to this was to have the extra 2 people pair up on someone else’s pole. this made it almost impossible for me to learn any of the routine as i was just watching half of the time and made it uncomfortable as a newbie to be honest. it was disappointing and not worth the money. i don’t understand how they let that happen.

This is by far the best "gym" there is! You don't need to be athletic in order to succeed here & the teachers are all so kind & helpful. They don't make you feel stupid if you can't do something & work with you until you get it. You don't have to be strong or flexible to begin with, that just slowly comes along as you improve. I wish I could go here every day! Not to mention these are just really cool skills to learn!
