My son has been working with Coach Stevens eight times so far, and he loves it!!! My son is on an AAA ice hockey team and has noticed a significant improvement in his performance, visually and in his shot power. This sense of accomplishment after each session is truly reassuring as a parent. I was looking for someone to lead by example, and Coach Stevens does that perfectly. His dedication and passion for teaching, evident in his interactions with his diverse range of students, from children to adults, is truly inspiring. Coach Stevens is very reachable and quickly answers any questions, including nutrition. He uses an app that easily aggregates and records training content and actual results. Additionally, he creates lesson plans for the next training session in advance and shares them within the app, ensuring a structured and well-organized training experience. I am very pleased with having Coach Stevens as my son's trainer, and I highly recommend Stevens Training and Performance for expert training to help you reach your goals and go beyond.

Coach Stevens is an exceptional personal trainer. He has extensive education, continuously expands his knowledge, and practices what he teaches. Andrew customizes each workout and evolution according to each person’s goals. His football training program is exceptional. In almost 3 months time, my son has put on over 20 pounds of muscle and has greatly improved his strength, speed and agility. He has noticeably gotten bigger, faster, stronger and more athletic in a short period of time. He looks like a completely different person. Andrew is awesome.

Been working with Andrew on nutrition and weekly training programming and my overall experience has been very rewarding! He is always available when I have questions or concerns, and makes it apparent that he genuinely cares in my success. His style of workouts make me feel athletic by incorporating functional movements instead of just boring/basic weight lifting routines. In just a month of training I was able to incorporate more weight in my working sets which has made me feel very accomplished and know that I am getting stronger! if you're looking for a new trainer I could not recommend Stevens Training and Performance more!

I’ve been training with Stevens Training and Performance for a few months now and so far the results have been great. My goal was to target build areas where I have been nursing injuries without aggravating this loose issues. Plus increase stamina and endurance including balance overall strength. It’s been a great success. The workouts Andrew has designed are challenging but in a good way. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a trainer to consult with Stevens T/P!!!

I’ve been training with Andrew for the past 3 months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The app is super helpful and it makes it really easy to keep track of your progress. Month after month, I am seeing results. I started with shoulder pain that I have had for the past year when doing any push exercises and through the mobility training he has me doing, I haven’t had any issues with it. Incredible ! Andrew is nothing short of the best trainer I have ever had. He listens, he is prepared, he ensures your programming is geared toward your goals, and he becomes your biggest fan. I started with Andrew to begin my recovery from a year of battling cancer. I was starting on the bottom level, with a need to gain a great deal of strength and stamina. The ultimate goal is getting back to CrossFit. We are a couple months in and I have not felt better in a long time. Andrew continues to personalize workouts that are directly related to my needs and goals. He even goes the extra step to give me workouts to do on the days I am not with him. I have made a lot of progress in a short period and look forward to working with him every week. It is the absolute best part of my week. Coach Andrew has been training my middle school multi-sport competitive athlete for many months now and we have been thrilled with the results.
