I’m in my 50s and I’ve been working out at StratFit for a few months. My confidence has increased and I feel so much healthier. There’s no body shaming at StratFit (unlike what you get at gyms). Daniel & Jason have created their own, patented software to tailor each person’s workout. Highly recommended!

I have been going 3 times a week working with Jason and Daniel as my trainers Jason has work with me the whole time it has been a life changing experience for me I’m 71 years old and have had my left hip replaced a little over a year ago! This training has given me back my ability to lift weight that I really didn’t know that I would be able to do again but I feel so much better and I able to do things now that I was doing 10 to 20 years ago, I use the stairs instead of elevators I work on large projects in my shop again and my saw mill just doesn’t set there anymore!!! Using a trainer and having structure in your training makes all the difference in the world! I highly recommend StratFit you won’t regret it!!!

I started training with Daniel and his assistant trainer, Jason, @ Stratfit before he opened the studio in Waldo. Daniel and I spoke at length about his philosophy when it comes to conditioning the body. I was intrigued by his approach and was eager to change out of my dad-bod and get fitter; not just to lose weight but get stronger and be ready and able to join my kids on any kind adventure they choose to take me on: hikes, bike rides, scuba diving, whatever. A few months in, I’m pleased to say I DO feel stronger. I’ve lost about 15 pounds, and I’m able to do training exercises I couldn’t before, like Olympic back squats! Best of all? They meet you where you are and help you grow from there. I had some, but not a lot of, weight lifting experience (mostly in college), and I was skeptical I’d get anywhere. If you’re looking for a systematic and tailored approach to better health/fitness, 10/10 this is where you want to be! I’m looking forward to the next steps in my fitness journey. So happy I can do so at the StratFit training studio in Waldo!

Highly recommend StratFit after seeing the Fox News truck there, meeting Daniel and learning about his Impressive Strategic Fitness offering. The place has a great vibe and all the tools and expert help you need to reach your goals.
