I have been coming to Studio Rue for a lot of years now and can't see me going anywhere else.
Kelly is a fantastic instructor and one of the things that keeps me coming back is that every class is different - she mixes it up while making sure that we work everything that we are supposed to.

She also has eyes in the back of her head and is always helping us to make the proper corrections needed to to the movement correctly - although I am happy to say that I haven't heard "Keep your shoulders down Mary" in quite some time.

She attends to our different experience levels mixing up advanced and intermediate versions as well as providing modifications for various injuries or limitations.

I don't know how she keeps our individual needs in her head but she does and that is another thing that keeps me coming back!
