โ€œI absolutely love Sumits Yoga! The instructors are incredibleโ€”knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate. The atmosphere is both calming and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. Each class flows seamlessly, with poses thoughtfully designed to challenge and restore. Whether youโ€™re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, I canโ€™t recommend Sumits Yoga enough. Itโ€™s truly a transformative experience that everyone should try!โ€

Love the teachers and staff at this studio! I usually go to the express class on Wednesday nights since it fits with my work schedule! They are always so friendly and inviting! I've been missing them while I've been out of town! I can't wait to go back!

I just want to give a HUGE Thank you Sumit's Yoga for changing my life! I began a yoga journey looking to try something just for 'me' as I am the fearless leader of a wonderful family of 5, to help find an outlet for the stress and anxiety that everyday life in today's wicked world seemed to pile on top of me to the point I couldn't get out from underneath it. With really no expectation of myself or the facility just because I wasn't quite sure what to expect I left my 1st class thinking 'I think I found something that is going to help my mind feel better' and I cannot describe how bad I've wanted that feeling for so long. I have been going faithfully for only a month or so now and my family and everyone around me has noticed something has changed for the better... and I feel like there is finally hope that I'm not just going to survive this world, I am going to thrive in it! I know that's deep for a review, but the spiritual connection as well as just feeling better about myself has changed my life and I want everyone to have that!!! Thank you to ALL the amazing leaders at Sumit for everything you do and your amazing attitudes!! -Jamie Robertson

I've promised my wife I'd go to yoga with her for years and finally went. I was less than enthusiastic going into it. Halfway through I changed my mind! It was a great atmosphere and Stephanie was a great teacher who modified some stretches b/c of my lack of flexibility! I hope to attend regularly!

I've been to a handful of studios around town and Sumits has been my favorite. I love the atmosphere, the instructors, the classes, and the facility itself.

I donโ€™t have much experience with yoga at ALL. Iโ€™ve been to a few community classes and had a great time, but I decided to try out the Fusion class with Reggie. He was SO fun and literally made the experience 10x more enjoyable for me, as Iโ€™m not flexible or super experienced. He has such good vibes and great music. I felt like I could be myself and try new things!

Everything about Sumits is welcoming and empowering! I always leave feeling stronger, mentally and physically. All of the instructors are wonderful, kind, supportive, and encouraging! If you haven't been, you definitely need to try it. They have also taken a lot of wonderful steps to ensure the health and safety of all of their yogis during this pandemic! It's reassuring to know that they care so much about the health of their community!

My experience with yoga is slim to none, so I am as beginner as beginner gets, but the atmosphere and instructors at Sumits are outstanding. It is clear they are very in tune to what each person in each class session needs and their level of practice. I know a lot of people donโ€™t try a new gym or yoga studio because change is scary and sometimes intimidating, but if you are even considering practicing yoga I highly suggest Sumits (especially for those just beginning, since thatโ€™s what I can relate to most).

Iโ€™ve moved away from Sumits and realize just how incredible this studio is. Since beginning a job that consists of traveling, Iโ€™ve gone to numerous new yoga studios (all over OR, WA, AK, MT, etc.) and none have come close to providing the happiness that Sumits in Springfield provides. Not only is Sumits the best physical and mental work out, but the staff make you feel like family and Are so welcoming. Itโ€™s a non judgmental zone where you can lose your stress and get a top notch workout in while having fun. If you are in Springfield and love hot yoga, you must go here as it beats out, in my opinion, all studios in not only Springfield, but all over the states!
You guys are the best. Xoxo.

Sumits yoga is my second home. I took my first class seven years ago that made an impression on me for a lifetime. The moment you walk in you are instantly filled with overwhelming joy. It is almost "dream like" because everyone is so incredibly happy but it is a reality. There is just not enough good things to say about their staff. Each and every single staff member there is truly devoted in their work and in you. They are absolutely wonderful. If you have never tried Sumits Yoga, I'd say what is stopping you? Try it out. What do you have to lose? You truly will not regret the experience.

Sumits is amazing. I had done yoga on and off for years but I started doing yoga consistently December 2015. All of the ladies at sumits are amazing instructors and I've grown so much in my practice over the past 14 months. Sumits Yoga is for anyone and the instructors offer variations for beginners all the way to experts. Ive been to a lot of other studios, local and out of town, and Sumits is by far my favorite. Go try out one of Angie, Nikki, or Stephanie's classes and sweat your butt off! <3

Sumits is the BEST place to get an awesome, sweaty workout that's both fun, and rewarding. The teachers are so kind and helpful and will answer any questions you have. I absolutely love my yoga home and encourage anyone who is interested in trying hot yoga to try it here!

Bad experience with person at the front desk. It was so bad I decided to try somewhere else. Rude, short, no expression on her face, and cold. Disappointing.

I was an eager future yogi when I joined Summits. I loved it until I discovered that the customer service was sub par. I over looked a few run ins with poor front desk attitudes. I went ahead with the commitment of being a member. Then, I had a horrible experience with one instructor and I'll never come back! The worst I've ever been treated at a business!! Horrible customer service as well! Patronizing and condescending! Not what I thought yoga was even based around! If you're looking for a relaxing and judge free studio, this isn't the place for you! I would look somewhere else and not waste your money on a place that will end in disappointment!

I have interested in hot yoga for a couple of years but intimidated by the "hot" part. I was lucky enough to see an email offering a great deal and signed up. I was greeted with smiles, a warm welcome and a tour even though they were busy before the class. I have been back the last 5 days and am now a junkie! I love the environment (clean, relaxed and not intimidating one bit)! I still can't go through a whole 80 min class without taking a break and going to child's pose for a min, but no one cares or makes me feel bad. I finally found a place where the world doesn't demand anything from me in this 80 min period and it's a place where I can work on myself (emotionally and physically).

The instructor are wonderful! They all have different teaching styles so the classes are never boring. One thing they all have in common, they let you know it's ok to take a break and its important not to push too hard. Your body will tell you when to stop and when to stretch a little deeper.

Also, I love that there is no talking in the classroom.... getting there 15 min early is pure joy because you get to lay down on your yoga mat in a dark room with relaxing music playing. Funny how that was never my favorite time during kindergarten!

Hope this helps!

I had never done yoga before, and to be honest, I was a little scared. I thought yoga was for "yoga people," but after my first session with a Sumits instructor, I was completely convinced it is for me!

Sumits Yoga is MAGIC! The owners consistently host workshops to give students the opportunity to advance their own personal practice. They offer classes 7 days per week to ensure everyone finds a time that works with their schedule. It's my home away from home!
