About the Club

The Sweat Sisters will design a customized exercise prescription based on your fitness goals and stand by your side to help you along the way. Program specialities include weight loss, physique training, pre and post natal, rehabilitation and sports performance. Offered virtual or in person.
We will also provide you with a customized nutrition plan based on your specific needs as well as assist in meal planning and food logging.

Best trainers ever! Rachael has been not only my trainer, but also served as a pseudo-Life Coach to me for the last 10 years. The knowledge physically and mentally she has brought to the table are bar none. I highly suggest Swear Sisters to anyone looking for trainers who not only understand the physical side of working out, but also understand the emotional side of it.

I have had the amazing opportunity to work with Rachel (one of the "Sweat Sisters") for the past 5 years. She has not only couched me through my weight loss journey, but has given me the education and guidance I need to be healthy and happy with my weight. She ALWAYS comes to our sessions with new routines, targeting a variety of muscles that will challenge me. Rachel goes above and beyond to give me guidance in my nutrition. She has reviewed my nutrition log and advises me on numbers I should be hitting for protein, carbohydrates, sodium, etc. They are also highly educated on training, couching, and nutrition for adults and children. Since meeting and working with Rachel, I have (and will continue) recommended her to multiple people who have also shared the same amazing experience.

I’ve been working out with both Rachael and Sarah for almost 2 years. Let me tell you, I went from zero flexibility and strength with a little bit of cushioning in my high-waisted area to being able to get back into aerial without any issues. I better understand the importance of nutrition and breathing techniques while working out. Because of it, my posture has improved immensely, I can actually lift myself up into my aerial exercises without losing my breath, and I’ve never had so much self-love for my body before them. I know most people stop training with a coach after a few months, but they have brought so much value into my life that I bring them to all the different cities and time zones I can.
