Our mission is to help improve strength, wellness, energy, and muscle tone for beginners, gurus, the young, and the young at heart with our state of the art facility, expert teachers, and variety of classes and class times. Expect to find multiple styles of HOT YOGA with infrared heat, BARRE, POWER DANCE, BUTI YOGA & S.W.E.T. FITNESS (HIIT-style strength training). S.W.E.T. offers over 70 classes per week and starting times that alternate between our hot and unheated studios. Our goal is to offer you the right class at a time that works for you!

My body began to shut down on my. Everything got so tight, I could hardly walk. I tried hot yoga at swet. After about 3 sessions, everything started to change. Pain was leaving my body. My mobility began to return. I'm very grateful for swet and the ladies that put me through the sessions. A must for everyone, if you ask me.

A True Gem — So Much More Than a Yoga Studio
This studio has completely changed my life. Every single person here — from the yoga teachers to the front desk team — is genuinely kind, welcoming, and supportive. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in.
The classes are fantastic! Each instructor brings their own style, but they all share the same passion and care for helping everyone feel their best. The studio itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels like a peaceful retreat — the perfect place to unwind, move, and recharge.
On a personal note, this studio has been incredibly important to me. I came here hoping to strengthen my back and avoid surgery, and I can honestly say it’s worked. My back is strong now, and I no longer need to see a chiropractor. Yoga here has not only helped me physically but also mentally and emotionally.
This is more than a yoga studio — it’s a true community filled with beautiful souls that I absolutely adore. I’m so grateful to have found this place!

Love this place, mainly because of the instructors and the energy they bring to each class. You feel worthy and welcomed everytime you step on your mat. Brandy really knows how to make you feel better, whether you want to push yourself or take it slow-there is never any judgement. The vibes are always on point with her in the classes she teaches!

I had been looking for a new studio for some time that offered restore classes. I was nervous being older and being overweight but the staff are amazing and I love the hot yoga. I absolutely adore this place! They offer a wide variety of classes, including hot yoga, fitness, and dancing. The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and approachable. The facility is spotless and always smells amazing. If you’re new to yoga, I highly recommend starting with Hot Restore. You’ll be hooked! And if you’re looking for a fun way to start your day, definitely check out their dancing class. It’s fantastic!

S.W.E.T. offers a fantastic variety of yoga classes, both heated and warm, suitable for every level of participant! The environment is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to find your Zen. S.W.E.T Yoga and Fitness studio is the best studio in Springfiled, by far. If you haven't been you're missing out! I love the mix of different fitness classes along with all the yoga ones offered. Britney's fitness and power dance, Tana's Buti and hot stretch yoga, and Kristen's Buti and restore yoga classes are the best around. Top three favorite fitness and yoga instructors in Springfiled by far! They make staying active super easy and fun!

AMAZING PLACE!
I started with SWET Hot Yoga and Fitness Studio at the beginning of 2024, and I felt welcomed by everyone right away.
The instructors are fantastic—skilled, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about helping each person reach their goals. No matter your experience level, they offer classes that suit you, with modifications and plenty of encouragement.
The community here is incredibly supportive. There’s a great sense of camaraderie among members, and the studio creates a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Overall, SWET Hot Yoga and Fitness Studio is a fantastic place to improve your fitness, find inner peace, and be part of a great community. Highly recommended!

I have been to many workout studios in Springfield. S.W.E.T. is my favorite !! The studio is clean and everyone is welcoming. I really like the heated floors and the studio room. All the instructors are very good and all have their unique style which I like. Another plus is that it is very close to my home which makes it very convenient. 🩷

I am both a yoga instructor and student at SWET. It is a supportive, inclusive environment and truly "come as you are." You can make it as fitness or spiritual oriented as you want or need. The hot room is infrared, so it feels amazing on the muscles and joints.

This is one of the more expensive yoga studios in town but worth every dime especially if you dedicate to going just a few times a week!
I’m 6 months postpartum and trying out different classes and everyone has been super friendly, it’s the hardest I’ve worked out post baby and I can literally feel my core restoring. It’s so nice to come somewhere and relax and take time for myself as a new mom. 10/10 recommend

I came in for a hot yoga flow taught by instructor Allegra. It was such an amazing experience. She guided us through the entire thing helping us breathe as needed. Such a healing and uplifting environment overall! I recommend 10/10!!

The hot yoga makes me feel like I just left a spa treatment. The cool lavender towel at the end is so wonderful. Each class gives me a nice, gentle workout. I feel the soreness in my muscles, so I know I'm getting stronger. Love it!

This has become my favorite place to go to in Springfield! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. There is a wide variety of classes, times, and teachers for flexibility and I have yet to go to a class that I didn’t absolutely love. I’m not someone who has ever liked working out, but I look forward to it every day now. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I wish classes were much cheaper, because I would go more often. Instead, it’s been my once or twice a year winter tradition for 3 years. I was a little nervous about trying yoga because I’m a very strong Christian, and yoga tends to be a controversial topic. However, I’ve never once felt pressured to do something I can’t (physically or spiritually) do. It’s even been verbally expressed in classes that it’s okay to not do things you’re uncomfortable with. I appreciate that. The locker room is great. It feels very welcoming. You don’t feel like you’re going to the gym. The cold towels are always a happy surprise because I forget about them every time. I always feel wonderful after a hot yoga session.

Update: Since the studio felt it pertinent to advertise my finances and my ledger with them and blatantly lie about what happened, which is pretty much the most unprofessional thing ever, I'd like to respond to the owner, or whomever wrote the reply to my review.
First, the card would not authorize, because I closed the account over a month ago. Thanks for making that public knowledge. How professional.
Second, you were made aware of my injuries back in August, and a second time the last time I attended class on 9/16, so please don't lie.
Third, you only addressed my emails and sent me screen shots of the refund AFTER I posted this Google review, SEVERAL HOURS after, in fact. Prior to my posting the review, you would not return my phone calls or emails. Again, there is no need to lie. You could have simply addressed the problem when it was presented to you instead of lying to cover up your refusal to address the situation.
Finally, I am appalled at the lack of professionalism you have shown here by detailing my account on a public forum and blatantly lying about what happened. How embarrassing for your business. I can assure you, you have lost my business.

It honestly pains me to give this studio a bad review, because I absolutely loved the classes and instructors. However, I feel I have no choice but to put this out there so others don't have the same issue as I do.
I am injured, a fact of which the studio was made aware. I have not been able to attend class for approximately a month, and had surgery 3 days ago. The studio knew about all this. They agreed to either cancel or freeze my membership until I have recovered. I opted to cancel as I am not exactly sure when I can come back. The studio sent me confirmation of the cancellation via email approximately two weeks ago. So, imagine my surprise when I was billed for membership on October 5th, two weeks after cancelling and receiving confirmation of the same. I subsequently emailed the studio, twice, and received no reply. Therefore, I was forced to file a dispute charge with my bank this morning, and deal with the hassle of all that plus obtaining a new debit card, and redoing all of my finances while bedridden and trying to recover from surgery.
This is all in extremely poor taste, as I paid for over 3 months of membership I did not use as a result of my injury, and never made an issue of it. I have come to expect more from SWET, and am very disappointed that they choose to do business this way. There are plenty of other yoga studios in the city, and they would do well to remember that. I would stay far away from this studio if you value your money.

Had an amazing first couple of classes after a very long hiatus due to surgery and lengthy complications. I would highly recommend this studio especially if coming back from an injury because they are very good at catering to your physical limitations or helping reach your goals short or long term.

I went to another popular hot yoga studio in Springfield every week for 2 years and never thought I'd go anywhere else because I loved it so much. Fast forward 3 years after I stopped going there, to today when I tried SWET (due to the wide variety of class times they offer) and I've been converted. Unless SWET goes out of business I'm never going anywhere else again. The class was energetic, yet relaxing and focused just like it should be. Since it had been so long since I'd practiced I took frequent breaks and the instructor came and put a cold wash cloth on my forehead!!! And then she did it again at the end of the class!!! I loved it so much that my fiancé is going to buy us both memberships today. I can't wait to try more classes! Namaste 😊

Hot yoga was very different from what I expected! Instead of hot air blowing on you, it’s infrared plates in the ceiling. It’s warmth is similar to basking in the sun. I felt focused inwardly and very flexible. Tana has a pleasing voice and was very clear with her instructions. I loved the cool lavender towels at the end of class. I look forward to trying other classes here.

I had the most amazing first yoga experience with Tana!! Tana took away my first-time yoga jitters by calmly guiding us through the different poses. She used water infused with essential oils to gently spritz us during our session. The studio was clean and decorated nicely. I definitely will be back!!

I have been a member at several gyms and SWET is so different. You're not just paying for a "gym membership"...it is so much more. The classes will challenge you but the instructors and the members in class are there beside you encouraging you.
