From day one, the coaches have been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and pushes each other to be their best. Thereβs a great mix of people at all levels, working hard and having fun together. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a place where youβll feel challenged, supported, and want to meet your fitness goals!

This gym doesn't just give you a place to go it gives you a community of people you'll look forward to seeing each day. From my first class to now 5 months later I've felt welcomed, celebrated, and motivated each day. At TAH they encourage each person's individual journey and the workouts are programmed to fit everyone, from someone stepping foot in a gym for the very first time to the experienced lifter. The coaches and long-time members are always willing to give help, tips, and tricks to get you to that next step and improve. TAH has a family friendly atmosphere and wide range of class offerings, which fits with my lifestyle and has made it easy to stick with my new routine. I have found my community in the members at TAH and would absolutely recommend trying it out to anyone considering taking their first step into CrossFit.

This gym has brought so many positives to my life - health, family, friends. TAH's community is very welcoming and is truly committed to bettering the health of each of it's members through physical activity, nutrition and by surrounding them with positive influences! I have met SO many people here that will be with me for the rest of my life!
I am so glad that I got over the fear and intimidation of what I thought CrossFit was. I couldn't imagine my life without CrossFit or without this gym.

This past Saturday I joined a new class offered within the Tah Crossfit community called Barbell club. If you are unsure about crossfit, this is a one day a week class in which the crossfit style workout focuses on strength and cycling barbell movements. The class can be taken without a full membership. Come check it out Saturday morning at 7:15am!

Just an amazing place you can be 5-75 years old and they make you feel at home. The workouts are customized to your ability level so you never have to worry about doing something that's going to hurt you. If you want to get in shape and feel like a million bucks give it a try! I'm 46 and in the best shape of my life!!!
