Tomorrow will mark my 5th Barre class. I feel like I've finally found my place! 😍 I really can't say enough about the warm, welcome from the instructors who get to know you by name. Jess & Allie are amazing as I'm sure they all are! They offer great tips on technique, which will save your spine & create the muscle memory needed to ensure these movements are not counterproductive! I cannot stress how important this is! I truly think this is the differentiator with Bar Method. I go to the Town n' Country studio, & I'm sure I'll be visiting Brentwood at some point! I've done a lot of things over the years and hit the gym typically a few days/week. This is alot more motivating, & trust & believe you will feel a HUGE burn in core, glutes, just all over. For people working during biz hours.' who may be looking to maximize a lunch break, this is your chance! I feel I honestly get way more done here in 45 -60 min than I do with my cardio and weight lifting routines at my local gym. It's been great for me. Give them a shot! 👏

The instructors are so nice! I’ve only been a handful of times, but the experience is always pleasant, the room is clean, and I love the location with the big windows. Oh and workout is HARD! But also very manageable for most levels, including my very much beginner-status.

Absolutely LOVE Bar Method! I have been going for 3 years and I am in the best shape of my life. The instructors are incredibly friendly and make sure your form is correct, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and try a class today, you'll love it too!

My friend and I purchased the 30 days unlimited class on Groupon. However, we were rejected by the instructor to join the class upon our arrival for the first time(9:45am class)... I have already called Groupon to canceled my order. The instructor is terrible...

Am I really the first one to review The Bar Method in STL? Well, I am an addict. Have been there about 18 months and as a 50 year-old find the exercise to be perfect for me, but I am definitely in the minority with mostly 20-30 year olds. Staff and teachers are exemplary and a model for customer service treatment. And, how do they remember all of our names???!!!
