Jose is a great guy and runs an awesome program. Helped me out tremendously, environment is supportive, uplifting, and they always have something going on outside the gym as well. Flag football, kickball, fishing etc..

As well as the people there who just train and even the fighters are all great people, with alot of knowledge, alot of patience, and alot of heart.

Boxing Therapy is a great place with great coaches. It is a judgement free zone where you can feel welcome, included, and heard. I would recommend this boxing gym over any other boxing gym.

I took my Grandson down to meet Mr Jones and the other trainers. The 1st experience we had with Everyone was Positive and Warming. We can not wait to return.

Absolutely love this place. My 11yr does not like sports. So it's hard to get him to be active. Thankfully after coming here we figured out that he actually enjoys working out. With having ADHD, he gets bored so easily with anything that is not related to screen time. Boxing gives him the faster pace / switch up that he needs. The people who work here give off a sence of community. It's a place where everyone can feel like they belong.
