Have been working with Exercise coach for about three months now. Canβt say enough good things about this program. My first experience with good intensity, training , in a manner that is consistently sustainable and with tangible results. I completed the trial period with Kiarra and decided to purchase the full program. It was the best money I've ever spent! Kiarra asked me specific questions to understand the stretches I truly needed, rather than placing me in a standard, generic program. Sheβs very personable and knowledgeable, making the sessions fun instead of feeling like a chore that I need to check off my list, which is often the case with exercise programs. After just five sessions, I already feel much more flexible and plan to continue the program with Kiarra after my current program ends. I highly recommend it!

I have been coming to the Exercise Coach since March 2025 and I can say that I have seen progress in different areas. My blood pressure has decreased by 15 points, I haven't gained or lost any weight but my clothes do not fit as snug as they used to, and the biggest improvement that I didn't expect was the absence of knee pain and there is no more snap, crackle or pop when I stoop down or take the stairs. Kiara and Antonio are GREAT!! Kiara is really nice and supportive but doesn't let me get away with anything. Antonio is always checking to make sure my form isn't slacking and takes none of my excuses. I can truly say that I've seen a positive return on my TIME and MONEY. Gone are the days of spending 2 hours/day in the gym and getting little to no results. Knowledgeable/friendly staff, peaceful/quiet environment, and results.....The Exercise Coach is where you want to go if you want to see results...Big thanks to all the staff at Exercise Coach!!!

I have been a client at this facility for almost three years. When I first started, I was very weak and frail after being diagnosed with diabetes. Since that time, I am more confident in my physical ability, much stronger. It actually helped with my mental awareness as well. The coaches are fantastic. They are well equipped and very patient. They ensure that you workout to your fullest potential. These 20 minutes can be brutal. Lol. Thank you Exercise Coach.

The Exercise Coach is just that a coach to help you exercise effectively. I have the best coach there, I think. He is a former football player and he has that motivation force that I need to honor my commitment to go twice a week for 20 minutes. I am so surprised at what 20 mins 2X a week can do. In 3 months I have lowered my BMI from the obese range to the overweight range. I am ecstatic!
Itβs a nice place: clean and new equipment. But the real deal is my results. I have noticed improvement in my everyday life like being able to pick up and carry a 24 pack of water. I also recently had the courage to go sleeveless. I love my legs now! I love seeing the definition in my muscles shining through. Itβs really so many different, good things that are happening to my body that makes me happy to recommend The Exercise Coach in Clayton.

Been going here since they opened the Clayton location. Consistently good trainers and a great environment for quick, effective workouts. Cody and team develop tailored workouts every few weeks to focus where I wanted and then help me excel at them. Love the data aspect, it's one thing to feel stronger but seeing your improvements week after week as quantifiable data to help you decide where to focus next is awesome.

I work out up to 2 hours in a big gym 3x a week as well as one 20-minute session here at The Exercise Coach. The Exercise Coach workout program allows me to better focus on controlling my exercises as well as better focus on what muscles I am trying to work. The controlled style of workout forces the muscles to work hard in a small amount of time. Including the Exercise Coach program into my workout schedule has greatly improved my overall strength and control as well as work my way through a shoulder injury. Because of the Exerbotic machines, I am able to push myself harder while maintaining proper form and control. The feedback the machines give during the exercises are essential and allows me to compete against my last workout. To say I was skeptic if 20minutes would be enough is an understatement, but now The Exercise Coach program is a major part of my routine.

I was hesitant at first. I didnβt think two 20-minute workouts would be enough for me. Boy was I wrong! When I leave, my muscles are fatigued and my energy is up! My strength continues to increase each week and I love the effectiveness of just 20 minutes. No matter how busy I am, I always have time for a 20 minute workout. Not what I expected, but a good workout. Looks like isometrics with a focus on time under tension and balancing the negative side of the repetition. The coach is able to check your form to complete reps with the correct focus on the muscle intended.
