The coaches are the absolute best! They are always encouraging and extremely helpful! I haven’t stayed with any program as long as I’ve stayed with Exercise Coach and it is mainly due to their wonderful coaches! Of course, I also love that the program is flexible for times I’m not feeling 100% or injured and the studio has really grown in the past 2 years adding balance training and stretching, as well as new equipment! I highly recommend this studio to all of my friends and family!

Iam 60 yr old man. And I am basically lazy. But I love going to this class. I see and feel the results of the work out plan. I love all the staff. I would highly recommend this exercise class to anyone that wants to get fit and feel better. I was unable to walk any distance before my hips would start to hurt. Now after only 4 months I can walk and stand all day at work and my hips don't bother me. This class really works!!!

I have really enjoyed working out more at The Exercise Coach, than any other facility! The staff is amazing and motivates me to push myself, while encouraging me at the same time.

Another key thing is I can get my weekly workout in with two 20-minute training sessions, rather than spending six 1-hour sessions per week at a regular gym.

I am a big golfer and at 58, hitting the ball further than I did when I was 28.

Now let's talk results. I have had my wife and daughter notice the definition in my arms and even had a friend from church stop me and ask what I had been doing. She told her husband he needed to do the same. I recently finished my 100th session.

It is hard work, but the results have been amazing!

100% endorse Exercise Coach. I was skeptical about 20 minutes twice a week. But let tell you; YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! And every coach is well trained, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Over the past year, their workout protocol has helped me gain strength, stability and recover from a shoulder injury that I have not been able to gain with other workout programs. With other programs I found that I would get injured or quit after time because the workout was too complex or hard to stick with. But I don't think I missed more than 2 workouts in the year because it was very doable with my busy lifestyle.

Make the investment in your health. You won't regret it.

I wish I could give even more stars to The Exercise Coach - Liberty. I'm so thankful I saw their ad offering two free sessions. I had never worked out in my life so I almost dreaded going. I was blessed to be naturally thin into my 60's - but those days are long gone. I eat healthier than most people; but, the weight just kept adding up. Also, my blood sugar levels were increasing. I absolutely knew it was time to do something for my looks and my health. I could never believe it when people would say they liked working out. But, by my second free session, I was SOLD! I bought a package and am going to renew it. I love going. I love the one-on-one inspirational coaching, the fact that we only need two 20-minute sessions per week to see results, the techno-advanced equipment that measures my increase in strength every time I work out, the fact that the equipment is so advanced it literally prevents people from "over-doing" it, the semi-privacy, the cleanliness and more. Last, but not least, I am thrilled to see and feel the improvement in my body. It isn't happening overnight - but it's happening. I see it and I feel it.
